This is a true four-season recreation destination. In summer, you'll find easy access to boating, kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking, or slow tube rides down the Saco River! In the Fall leaf peeping is on point, and the Fryeburg Fair is just down 302W. Once the snow falls, you're a quick walk to the ski lifts at Pleasant Mountain which was acquired by Boyne Resorts last Winter. Boyne has already started to make updates to the mountain.

Sandwiched between the mountain and Moose Pond, both just steps away, you will understand why we call our home The Sweet Spot. A place with all the best that Maine has to offer. We hope you have a great stay with us.

What a lovely, quiet spot

Sweet spot on Moose Pond

Great property with plenty of room to spread out and relax. From the inside spaces to seating outside, the place was welcoming and felt like home. Plenty of activities nearby from the Pond Access to boat rentals to shopping in North Conway. I would be interested in coming back during ski season to enjoy this space slope side to Shawnee Peak.

Why they chose this property

We looked to purchase a property on Moose Pond, and at Lakeside at Pleasant Mountain specifically for two years before purchasing our townhome. We love the location and all the the area has to offer. Ski area is a short walk up the driveway, the charm of downtown Bridgton, and North Conway NH is a quick 25 minute drive down 302.

What makes this property unique

This large(2800Sq/ft) comfortable townhome offers plenty of room for the extended family. The lower level will keep the younger residents happy even during rainy days with SmartTV, ping pong, old school Nintendo gaming and large sectional to relax on.
