Guests have full use of the Mayan Palace Resort and Grand Mayan facilities & beach (approximately 2 miles from the Villa): daily resort activities for adults & children, indoor and outdoor pools, Lazy River, swim-up bar, computer and Internet access room, tennis, secluded private beach, restaurants and bars (inside & beach front), Fitness Center and Health Spa. Also, EcoFun rental adventures, located at the Mayan Palace pool area, offers many local activities for guests.

****GOLF PACKAGE****
Guests also have access to the Jack Nicklaus Signature Peninsula golf course for a special preferred rate of $79 USD which includes green fees, cart and range balls.

Villa backs the Sea of Cortes estuary with a rooftop Sky Terrace with wet bar and fireplace for those spectacular Sea of Cortes SUNSETS and mountain views and private backyard pool with charcoal BBQ and outdoor covered patio area. Each bedroom has its own entrance with its own private patio.

Just a 20 mile drive to downtown Rocky Point shopping, local fresh seafood market, local entertainment, water sport activities, cinema and marina. Only 4 miles from the new Mar de Cortes International airport.

Golf trip

Great place to stay. Clean, nice pool, great kitchen. Can’t wait to go back. Close to the hotel and golf course. They say the bridge is out, but large trucks drive over it and so did we, otherwise you have to drive around and adds 10 min.

Anniversary Celebration!!

It was everything we hoped for. We are definitely making this Villa our yearly anniversary destination. The pool was awesome as we started the day and ended after being at the beautiful Mayan Palace Resort.

Much better than a Condo

Although not directly on the beach, this spacious house included all the amenities of the Grand Mayan Resort located on the same premises just a mile away. With a private pool, full kitchen, and room for the entire family this private community home exceeded my expectations.

As always our stay in Villa 53 was amazing. Very clean, great communication with the owner and Carmen property manager. Property was spotless, we loved having a fire pit and used it daily. Being able to use Grand Mayan facilities was an extra bonus ! Thank you so much for having us 😊

Chuck and Dave (Stringray Brothers) along with their wives (Chris and Carol) have been friends for over 45 years. Both couples relocated from California to Arizona in Scottsdale and Tucson. Dave and Carol have been living part-time in Rocky Point for the past 20 years. You can see their high rise beach condo, “Luna Blanca” (White Moon) from our “Luna Sombra” (Moon Shadow) villa. They fell in love with the clean air, year-round sunshine, friendly (laid back) Mexican lifestyle along with the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. They have a wealth of knowledge about the local area and can provide much tourist information that you may want. We also have a local property manager, Carmen with Kivoya Vacation Rentals, who will help you get set up at the Villa and can assist you should you have any problems while staying at the Villa.
