Sergey was so helpful and accommodating! Our second car was being shipped and arriving before us and Sergey said it was okay to park it in the driveway. Luckily we did not need to do that but his offering that took a huge worry off our shoulders. The location was great and it was fantastic having the garage space. Not warm enough for us to test out the pool, but nice to sit on the screened in patio!

Great vacation house

The house is great if you are looking for a place in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This is a wonderful house to hang out in and relax. All activities, groceries, and restaurants are a 10 to 15 minute or longer drive.

VERY quiet neighborhood

I spent 4 days in the area visiting friends and although the weather wasn't great, I was very comfortable in this home. Communication was easy and straight-forward, and I had no issues at all. Great neighborhood, clean home, lots of dishes, towels and amenities. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice Get-Away House

My family and I enjoyed a two week stay at this house. Walked into the house and saw a very large living room area. We continued our tour and were very happy with the rest of the house. Our favorite area was the pool. The lanai was large as well as the pool area. We spent most of the time there eating and enjoying the warm water. Sergey was quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic little piece of pool paradise!

This was the perfect location for us. Close to my husband's Father in Venice and close to so many beaches. It made it so easy to go to the different celebrations for his 90th birthday! Super child and pet-friendly with tile throughout and a great pool! The house was very well equipt, clean and spacious. The host Serg was very communicative and helped when I had a question about how to work the outside fan. We will be renting from them again soon!

Let me start off with communication with Sergey was great and always a prompt response time 😉…key to having a great experience. Sergey’s place was nothing but outstanding. Location was in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet not far from restaurants, gas and grocery stores. Had weather been a little warmer we would have loved to enjoy the pool a bit more, but we did sit outside and enjoyed the lanai. Upon arrival we walked into a beautiful, bright, inviting clean home, such a wonderful relaxing stay….thank you just what we needed.

Annual Boca Grande Trip

I am a charter fisherman. I live in Tarpon Springs, Fl. I’ve been fishing in Boca Grande for the last 30 years. I’ve stayed in many homes in Rotunda. Sergey was great. Everything he said was on the money. He allowed us to check in early. The home was great, clean and included many of the amenities other vrbo’s don’t normally include. I will stay here again and highly recommend Sergey as he was a complete gentleman and his home was beautiful!

The home was just as described. Clean, well- appointed kitchen, good mattresses and quiet. In a family enclave environment. We were abouvt 20-25 minutes to two different beaches. Low congestion area of Florida during peak season of March. The pool isn't heated so we didn't get in it.
