Our cozy cottage is steps away from150 feet of private beach. You can watch the sunrise from the beach and the sunset on the marsh from your porch. Includes all the amenities to enjoy your home away from home. You are steps away from the CT Audubon Society bird sanctuary, walking and bike paths. Enjoy a walk on the boardwalk at Walnut Beach. Five minutes from town. Amazing relaxing getaway on the beach with family and friends!

Perfect beach cottage

This was the perfect place for a week at rhe beach. The cottage was clean and a great size for the 3 of us. Steps to the quiet and clean private beach. Would love to stay here again!

Great place to relax!

We had a relaxing, long weekend at the beach cottage! The cottage was the perfect size for our family. We used the front porch to read and play games. The cottage had everything we needed!

Our family has enjoyed the beaches of Connecticut for many years and want to share the experience of vacationing in a fine home on a private beach with our guests. We are committed to ensure your stay with us is a relaxing experience that can be shared with your family. This unique, quiet location is child friendly with shallow low tide sand bars and provides adults with long stretches of open beach to take leisurely walks in either direction. We are steps away from the protected Audubon bird sanctuary along your beach walk.

Why they chose this property

We have visited the coastal towns since moving to CT in 1991. We have been searching for the perfect beach location for 30 years and this is it! Besides the beach, Milford offers great restaurants, the Milford Green and surrounding shops, and proximity from New York to Mystic!

What makes this property unique

Location! Location! Location! The house is on a private beach and we provide a full kitchen, smart TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, bed and bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, gas grill, fire pit, porch and central A/C.
