Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to 192 that leads to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Close to World-Famous Golf Courses and loads of shopping. Walmart is only 5 minutes away ...We are close to Hospitals and Medical Facilities as well.

The Village of Clermont is 15 minutes away and is set around a lake that offers loads of Weekend Activities including local Restaurants

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the temperature right year-round, so whether you're arriving in the middle of a Florida summer or a cooler winter week, you'll settle in without a second thought. A dedicated workspace with a door is available for anyone who needs to stay productive, and in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, bed linens, and all the everyday essentials mean you can travel light and still feel completely at home.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms with 8 beds sleep up to 14 guests. Every room is set up for genuine rest - room-darkening shades pull the daylight out when you need it, and extra pillows, blankets, and generous clothing storage including walk-in closets, closets, and dressers give each guest their own comfortable corner. The layout handles multiple families, multi-generational groups, and large friend groups with equal ease.

Entertainment & recreation
The game room delivers real competition energy. Arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, life size games, and a game console cover every age and mood. A themed room adds character to the home, and when things wind down, a 65-inch HDTV loaded with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, premium cable, and standard cable makes staying in feel like an event. An Ethernet connection is available for a reliable wired option. Exercise equipment is on hand for those who want to stay active, with a shared gym nearby as an additional option.

Family-friendly features
Traveling with little ones? The home comes fully prepared. A crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and baby safety gates are all in place. A children's playroom - stocked with toys, books, and games - gives younger guests their own dedicated space, while an outdoor playground outside provides room to run. Babysitter recommendations are available if you'd like a night to yourselves.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a relaxed breakfast to a full group dinner. Appliances include a GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils. A dining table brings the whole group together, and breakfast is provided each morning - coffee is always on too.

Outdoor living
The backyard is where the home really delivers. A private outdoor pool and private spa are available all year, open 24 hours a day - pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. A private gas BBQ grill, private patio or balcony, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area make evenings outside an easy choice. Please note the private backyard is not fully fenced. Guests also have lake access via a path or dock, and free access to nearby resort facilities.

Parking, access & safety
Self check-in is handled via smart lock with a private entrance. Free driveway parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles, with free street parking nearby. For peace of mind, the home has exterior security cameras on the front and back of the property only, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Pet-friendly - assistance animals are always welcome. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.


Easy access to all major roads and highways. Car services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available. Food services such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, Instacart are also available.
