Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Close to World-Famous Golf Courses and loads of shopping. Walmart is only 5 minutes away ...We are close to Hospitals and Medical Facilities as well.

The Village of Clermont is 15 minutes away and is set around a lake that offers loads of Weekend Activities including local Restaurants

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

A dedicated workspace with a door is tucked away for anyone who needs to stay connected, and in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, bed linens, and all the essentials mean you can pack light and settle in properly.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and 8 beds sleep up to 14 guests comfortably. Every room is set up for a solid night's rest - room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and generous clothing storage including walk-in closets, closets, and dressers throughout. Whether you're hosting multiple families, a multi-generational group, or a crew of friends, the layout flexes to fit.
 
Entertainment & recreation
The game room is where the real competition happens. Arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, life size games, and a game console keep guests of all ages busy long after dinner. A themed room adds a layer of personality to the home, and when the energy shifts, a 65-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, premium cable, and standard cable makes movie night an easy call. An Ethernet connection is also available for a reliable wired connection. Exercise equipment is on hand for those who want to stay active, and a shared gym nearby adds another option.
 
Family-friendly features
Families traveling with little ones will find everything they need already in place. A crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and baby safety gates are all provided. A dedicated children's playroom - stocked with toys, books, and games - gives younger guests their own corner of the home, while an outdoor playground provides space to burn off energy outside. Babysitter recommendations are available if you want a night to yourselves.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full group spread. You'll find a GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils. A dining table brings everyone together, and breakfast is provided each morning to start the day right. Coffee is always available.
 
Outdoor living
The backyard earns its keep. A private outdoor pool and private spa are available all year, open 24 hours a day - pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. A private gas BBQ grill, private patio or balcony, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area make evenings outside genuinely enjoyable. Please note the private backyard is not fully fenced. Guests also have lake access via a path or dock, and free access to nearby resort facilities.
 
Parking, access & safety
Self check-in is via smart lock, with a private entrance and free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus free street parking nearby. The home includes exterior security cameras on the front and back of the property only, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for peace of mind. Pet-friendly - assistance animals are always welcome. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are accommodated.
 

Easy access to all major roads and highways. Car services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available. Food services such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, Instacart are also available.
