Great location for the area. The neighborhood was quiet with a cute playground nearby for kids. The hosts left breakfast and snack options, also great for kids. The grill in the backyard was a hit for all of us.
Great location in quiet neighborhood. Great for our dogs with the fenced yard. We were even able to park in the garage. Plenty of kitchenware to cook with and a nice big refrigerator with ice maker. We would definitely consider staying here again.
We stayed for a concert at Pepsi Amphitheater and location was perfect. Close enough to town for dining out. Well equipped, comfortable home with great hosts.
This home is exactly how it’s listed. The owners are wonderful and very responsive and communicative. They checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure all was well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!
Overall the home and location was great. Kids loved the fooseball table. Lots of beds and plenty of spacing. Park and walking trail close by. Only thing I didn't like was check in. They asked for more information (like driver's license) than Vrbo says they are supposed to.
I felt like this was a great layout for our group. Compared to other listings I was finding the bed set up was great and no one had to sleep on a pull out sofa. I was pleased with the ease of checking in since we did arrive late on a Friday evening. It was great being able to utilize the garage for parking. The location was perfect, very close to everything. I would stay here again and reccomend it. The owners were wonderful with communication and also not too much (which I prefer).

Thank you for letting us host you. You were great guests and we're so glad you enjoyed your time at our home! Come stay with us again!
The place was pretty comfortable to stay in while in town, I liked how quiet the neighborhood was and all the extras were a nice touch. The only challenge was the temperature half the house was warm and the other half was cold and I could not get it to be comfortable in both locations.

Flagstaff stay
Considering they have a strict policy of no shoes the floors made our feet black. They baby crawled and had black feet/ hands. I did reach out and they arrived within mins to reclaim the floors for us. Their response was quick to rectify the situation and I believe their cleaning service just wasn’t up to par. There is a floor issue that I think everyone in the house tripped on multiple times. The floor connecting into the kitchen gets you every time. The stairs into the house from garage are steep. Be careful! Otherwise we had a great stay. And the owners really were not happy with the dirty floors themselves and came quickly to fix! Nice people to work with.
We brought family to attend the North Pole Experience and had a wonderful time. The house was comfortable to gather and have fun. The place was clean and felt homey to enjoy our time together. We would definately come back again!
