It's a good one!

This is a great lake house to rent! Plenty of room, great views of the lake, a well appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds. I would rent this place again for sure!

Relax and explore

We have enjoyed this home 5 times now and it always provides a relaxing stay. Big open floor plan allows for togetherness but there are spaces for privacy as well. Will always come back.

Had a lovely time at the lake house. Beautiful, clean and great location with gorgeous views. All the community amenities (fitness center, tennis courts, private beach, etc) were a real treat and added to the experience.

A wonderful view of a charming lake. Close to both the town and track as well as great golf. Very nice accommodations.

Great Area

The property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with spectacular views of the lake and lots of local restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and playgrounds for children.

My family and I had a great time at Jeff and Madeline’s house. The location fantastic. We loved the view of the lake from the deck. The kids loved the pool and beach. This house has everything you need.

Serene environment only minutes away from a unique town and great shops and dining options. .

Wonderful place to gather with family. Home was beautiful, spacious and as pictured. Lake, community center and town of Saratoga Springs made this a perfect spot to reconnect with family. Jeff and Madeline were available, attentive and responsive hosts throughout our stay. We are definitely planning to make this a family tradition and we are already planning for a return visit.

Amazing home on beautiful Saratoga Lake

This house was perfect. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and such amazing views. The pool and beach was a short distance from the house and very centrally located to restaurants/Broadway/shops. This house would easily hold 8 or more people.

Another amazing stay

This was our second time staying at Jeff and Madeline’s wonderful home during racing season. There was plenty of room for our family of five adults and four small children to spread out and have privacy during our almost two week stay. The hosts are very responsive and concerned about their guests’ every need. The lakeside location is a quiet respite from the track and bustling downtown.

We stayed for 1 week in July and found the condo to be clean, bright and in a wonderful location. The host, Jeff and Madeline were very attentive without being intrusive. They were quick to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. We loved the lake view from the deck. The facilities included the 2 pools, beach, and exercise room and were great additions. The only problem was trying to figure out where everyone was! We took our bikes and rode the Zim Smith trail which was really enjoyable. Great time on Saratoga Lake!.

Beautiful and very large upscale townhouse in a private community right on Saratoga Lake. Awesome views of the lake from inside the house and on the decks. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful home with a great view

Very nice, big house that was very well stocked with everything you could need. Then there is the view of the lake that just puts it over the top. We had a wonderful week enjoying the views, community pool, and surrounding area. Would highly recommend staying if you like the upstate NY area. I hope we can stay again in the future.

Great Home on Lake

Great experience. Beautiful views. Plenty of space. Fun amenities. Gracious hosts. Only thing to be mindful of is there are a lot of stairs. Not a problem for our group but figured I'd mention.

Great house!

We had a great time at this Saratoga lake house. The views of the lake were stunning and it was a quick 10-minute trip into town. Having the clubhouse access was a nice perk, especially the outdoor pool on the hot days. Hosts were always available for any questions. Overall great experience.

The house was in the perfect location. Close to the City of Saratoga but right on Saratoga Lake. The house was clean with relaxing views of the lake. Every morning coffee on the deck watching the boats and kayakers peacefully floating by. We did have perfect weather. Nick and Madeline Have a Beatiful Home.

Great family getaway!

We enjoyed relaxing and taking in the view. The neighborhood pools were great. The neighborhood has a racquetball court and tennis courts we did not use because we did not bring our rackets. When we had questions the communication was great.

Lakeside bliss

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property. The view of the lake as you enter beckons you to spend as much time as possible watching the boats and kayaks and the occasional fish jumping out of the water. Plenty of room on the 3 levels and lots of kitchen equipment and dishes. Very quiet neighborhood and only 10-12 minutes to town.
