Nice, spacious home that's central but on a residential block. Excellent communication with our host, well-equipped kitchen- we cooked elaborate meals in it. Great for 3 couples. Not quite as private as imagined as it's closely surrounded by houses, but a peaceful retreat. We had a great stay.

Communication with host was exceptional. The property is lovely, especially the kitchen. I wish we had more time to cook. The game room was fun. The location is close to Main Street as well as Main Stage Theater. The house is 25 minutes from Medford airport. Everything was super clean and tastefully decorated. I wonder if the two-chair sitting area could be replaced with two single chairs that fold out into single beds, allowing for more sleeping possibilities. We would rent again, for sure.

This is our third stay at Beach House. All our family loves it--pool, location, amenities. We can spread out within the house, which is clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The host communications have always been excellent. We highly recommend this home. This year we had the best location for getting to and viewing the 4th of July parade. It was great.

Home is beautiful and well-located in Ashland. Amenities were great, and having three en-suite bedrooms was perfect. Host communicated well and often to ensure trouble-free experience. Fully equipped kitchen ideal for anyone to enjoy.We highly recommend this property!

Home was better than expected. The open floor plan and large kitchen met our family’s needs perfectly! And an unexpected surprise of a ping pong table and two arcade games in the yoga studio was a perfect addition for our clan! You won’t go wrong with this one!

Great house for a group of 6 with our dogs. It was incredibly pet friendly and had an amazing outdoor space. It’s very rare to find 3 bedrooms where everyone has a king bed and en suite bathroom, and the house had everything you could need for the weekend! Excited to make this annual trip!

Beach St House was Fantastic!

Annual Holiday Get Together

We have stayed there before and find it fits our group very well, Ashland is a mile away and the house has all the amenities and comfort one could ask for, and Sylvie is an excellent Property Manager, very responsive.

Family Trip to Ashland

This is our second time staying at this great property. Huge bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, well equipped gym and, of course a wonderful pool. We are already planning our trip for next summer!

Had a great long weekend in Ashland with family. This was out 3rd time staying at this property and it was once again one of our favorite places to stay. The house is clean, well kept and the pool and hot tub are icing on the cake. The huge kitchen is well stocked And easy to cook in. Highly recommend this wonderful house in Ashland.

Comfortable stay in a spacious house

We had a very nice stay at the Beach-Main House over the Holidays. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood while also centrally located, the house was very well organized and our daughters LOVED having their own bathrooms with their rooms. We would definitely stay there again in future visits.

Weekend in Ashland

The house was better than advertised. Bedrooms are large and comfortable, huge kitchen that is better equipped than any I have seen and the pool and deck are great for hanging out with family and friends. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect in every way

It was well stocked had plenty of room for everyone to comfortably gather beautiful, very clean and the location was wonderful. We were able to walk to all our events. Just a few minutes. Walk into town would stay here again.

Fabulous! Only a few issues keeping it from being 5 star. First, we were not allowed to simply drop off perishable food items at 1:00 on our first day. (standard practice here seems to be OK to "check in early at 1:30 for 120 extra". We didn't need to check in and had a play to get to at 1:30, which we commumicated. We simply needed to drop off food, even if it meant only leaving our coolers inside. Instead, we had to leave them in the hot car while we went to the 1:30 play. Bad business in my opinion and most VRBO owners are fine with this. Secondly, signs and reminder notices say no glass in the pool area. Smart! But then have some plastic glasses!!! There weren't any and we had to go to the store to buy solo cups. Finally, the router was malfunctioning and kept kicking us out of internet. We had to reset it several times. Otherwise, we loved the house and Sylvie's communication was timely.

AMAZING VRBO

This VRBO is so great! Perfect location and has absolutely everything you need! Awesome pool and hot tub, laundry, gym, spices, good cookware, monitors for workings, great beds, books, yoga mats, games, TVs, beautiful plants, across the street from a school that ours kids love playing at, a quick walk into the town. We love staying here and plan to continue this tradition!
