Hot tub was not there as advertised and we required. 5 of the 6 outside chairs had no cushions. Stair railings broken off and additional issues. Host refused to respond and/or address missing hot tub and additional problems we communicated. Big screens were nice and location was good for us.

Need updated pictures and verbage on house details, many things are broken and need attention, got no response from owner each time I tried to tell them about things we found broken when we arrived and found along the stay, overall will not be staying there again.

We booked on very short notice. After having problems with a different rental from a different company. The owner was very easy to contact. In a situation that would have ruined our family vacation this place saved it. The house was very clean. Well supplied with items we didn’t bring with us. The neighborhood is a newer suburb type of area. Rather quiet and not a lot of traffic through the streets. I would absolutely rent it again.

Great time in Colorado Springs!

This property is just as great as you think it is. Plenty of space, fun activities, easy access to groceries, gas, and shopping, this place has it all! We could be pretty much anywhere around the area in 45 minutes or less. Even though it's on the east side of town, we could still see the Rockies from our bedroom window. We would definitely stay there, or at another of Jake & Ty's properties, again.

Memories in the Springs

House was as advertised. Very clean property and fairly new. Comfortable beds and nice extra amenities such as hot tub, pool table and ping pong. Quiet neighborhood excellent for walking or running. Convenient to various restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. We had an awesome stay and enjoyed lots of outdoor activities such as rafting, zip lines, Garden of the gods and Pikes Peak. I highly recommend a trip to Colorado Springs and I would certainly stay at this property again!

Slightly Disappointed with Hot Tub

I came to CO to try hiking for the first time, and specifically booked a home with a hot tub to help my recovery. Hot tub was inoperable and host did not respond to my complaint.

Nice Hub to Come Home Every Day.

Overall this was a great place to stay! We were able to park our minivan in the garage and took several walks in the neighborhood while there for 9 days. The kids and I loved the pool table! The house was very clean. I had some trouble figuring out how the thermostat was programmed. It stayed nice and cool even though it was over 90 degrees on several days, but sometimes it was too cold. Kitchen was nice and clean, but it would have been nice if there were more bowls and regular sized spoons as well as other kitchen utensils. Overall we loved our stay!

Unsafe, Misleading, and Completely Unresponsive HostThis property is unsafe and misleading. The back sliding glass door lock was ripped out (we had to tie it shut), one handrail missing, another nearly off the wall, sharp metal on the concrete, a large kitchen knife left on a patio chair, and a garage filled with hazardous debris, not family-friendly.Amenities were missing or broken: no basketball game machine, no ping pong balls, broken upstairs couch, no outdoor chair cushions, missing soap dispensers, no ironing board, broken Keurig, and no kitchen sink sponge.The listing falsely advertised a hot tub that doesn’t exist, and the welcome message was outdated. Despite repeated attempts to contact the host, there was zero response, only automated welcome and farewell templates asking for a 5-star review. Extremely disappointing experience with major safety concerns and false advertising. I strongly do not recommend booking this property.I am reporting this property to VRBO to review its safety and accuracy before future bookings. The listing and owner should be held accountable for maintaining basic safety and cleanliness standards.

House was OK nice location. Hot tub broken, basketball broken, pool table broken, one working dart. Had to buy counter cleaner and toilet paper, ran out of trash bags. No responses to messages. Did get messaged at 6 am to take the trash out. Would not rent again
