When we first arrived, our non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We waited briefly in the lobby while they prepared a different room for us. Later that night as we were preparing for bed, about 10:30 p.m., Water started to leak from the sprinkler by the bathroom. We were told the toilet had overflowed in the room above ours. Since our reservation was for a specialty room of which there were only two, we were moved back to the cigarette-smoke smelling room which had been treated with an ozone machine and a heavily perfumed air freshener. Our host was appropriately apologetic and said he'd give us 25% off our bill, but I did not see that he followed through with that.
