The kitchen could have used some larger pans and bowls for a big crowd, and the can opener did not work, but overall was adequate. The only issue was the downstairs hall bathroom stopped up, but someone came out that day and fixed the problem. Parking was more than adequate for a big crowd.

Amazing home

Great house for a large group.

There were 22 of us ranging in age from 10-80, and the house worked really well for us. Enough room for large group gatherings, while also having spaces for quiet time. The complex also had good facilities for swimming and play time. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We had a great time being all together for our family reunion.

Beautiful house

We rented this house because we were a big family! We fit just amazing. We had a great time there. We had a little issue with the pool and it was fixed asap. Communication with the owners was back to back. I highly recommend this house!

Great space

We loved having the space! We stayed for a volleyball tournament with 4+ families and everyone had plenty of space. Pool was nice and the game room was a hit. Communication with the owners was very easy. There we some items needed and we relayed to the owners for updates. Long line to checkin the neighborhood at 4pm so be conscience of that everyday! Overall great stay and would stay again!

Hi Nuvia, we DO NOT agree with the condition of our house under your description. Our pool is cleaned on a weekly basis and was cleaned a day before your arrival. On your second day very late at night, you mentioned the pool water was dirty, and we sent out the pool tech to treat the pool water again on the following day morning. When the pool cleaner arrived, no 'rat' was found in the pool and the pool water was clear. We have photos for your reference, we instructed the pool cleaner to treat the pool water again per your request. We encourage our guests to report any issues with our house during their stay period so we can send help promptly. There is a washer and dryer in the house, the laundry room is located upstairs near the staircase. We've arranged a wall painting appointment to touch on the walls. The condition of our house is always our top priority, we will keep improving our maintenance and will deliver a better staying experience in the future.

I was skeptical at first because some homes lost they can host 27 people but then the accommodation is off. But this home was perfect for us and our sports group, I would refer this home to anyone! Good location, safe community, easy to navigate around, enough room and more.

Saved our Family Vacation!

Our overall experience was amazing! We were cancelled by another company hours before getting the vacation home we had rented since early this yr and Emily saved our vacation with only hours of notice of us staying in this beautiful home. Spring Break 2023

We enjoyed our stay here with extended family for spring break. The house had more than enough room for everyone and location was good. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the resort amenities which had something for all ages. Communication with the host was always fast. The only issue we ran into was with the pool at the house, which turned green halfway through our stay and took several days to get clean. Also recommend replacing the living room sectional, it is very worn and uncomfortable.

Great amount of space

The space in the house is great! We all enjoyed having enough beds without having to share! The kitchen and living area is big enough to get around in. There were enough bath towels which we washed multiple times since we used the pool too. There are no bath mats, hand towels, dish towels, pot holders, or many cooking utensils, but dishware was well covered. The electric can opener doesn't work well. The bathroom locks need some work: do not lock well. The bathroom toilets tend to plug, but there is a plunger. The dishwasher strainer was full and had to be cleaned many times before dishes were clean. The parking is great and it was nice having a detached home since our kids were sometimes noisy in the pool! We really enjoyed the location since it was central to everyplace we wanted to explore.

Florida Trip

I would give it a low 4 star. The good, -response from host,(they got back to me right away) - Location - Nice pool area. - lots of bedrooms The bad, - had issues with pool heat (it was fixed) - the couch on main level needs to be replaced(its trashed) -The pots and pans need to be replaced (some are rusting) -The cleaning could be better. (stuff on door and other places that wiped right off. Some little Maintenace, (kitchen drawer has a bad slide. bathroom door has loose screws in hinge, so it doesn't shut correct. I wish they had a welcome book, that detailed everything needed for the stay. (this is the first time I have not seen one when staying at a VRBO)

Expected more

For the cost of the stay, i expected more hospitality provisions. There was only one bath towel person, had to wash it everyday, there were no rags to wash down with, there was only on pool towel and no community blue and white towels for community pool, for that sz house need more larger cook ware to cook large meals, missing comforters on two beds, couch downstairs broken and sinking in very uncomfortable, only give us one towel paper oer bathroom with two of them almost at the end, pool was not cleaned before our arrival, bricks falling off pool are and sinking pool deck floor, or a house that sleeps 28 not enough towel holders, blinds briken, bugs in downstairs master bathroom, kitchen counter chairs broke and towel rack falling down. Good things. Air conditioner excellent, water pressire and temp excellent, parking excellent.

Hi Cherie, thank you for your review and feedback. We do provide starter supplies in the house, with one bath towel for each guest and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and silverware. You may purchase additional supplies needed for your stay from a nearby Walmart store. We always encourage our guests to let us know of any issues that arise during your stay so we can send help to assist you promptly. Normally, our guest uses the bath towel provided as their pool towel. Each bathroom has at least one roll of toilet paper. Our pool is cleaned on a weekly basis. We have forward your concerns to our maintenance team, and these issues have been checked. All of the beds have a comforter on it, the towel rack has been hung back in place, the blind fixed, the loose barstool screw fixed, and the sofa is sent out for further repair. We are arranging a repair on the pool paver area. The pest control team has treated the bug in the bathroom. We will keep improving the condition of our house and we will deliver a better staying experience in the future!

Wonderful Stay for Our Disney Vacation

Beautiful home but safety hazards for children!!!

The home itself was beautiful but could use some work. It shows a review from TWO months ago where the pool brick was broken during the stay and was still broken on my stay causing one of my children to cut their leg pretty badly. The couch is extremely uncomfortable & if not sat in the correct spot you will hurt your tailbone (take it from my experience). Pool cleaners show up every Friday even though we were not notified and the children could not swim for an hour first thing in the morning and if you have children like mine you know they never leave the pool on vacation. We had multiple children with autism so going to a big crowd of people to the clubhouse was not manageable. For the price paid I definitely expected nicer things. We come to Florida and rent a house every other year and have never had issues like this.

Cheapest house I’ve been in

Me and my family love vacations where we can hang out play games and visit one of the parks in Orlando , this stay this year around was just different and we all felt the same due to the nine we stayed in. On the first day I sat on my bed and it literally fell apart my boyfriend had to fix it and they sent a tech out but I’m sure it wasn’t much they had to “fix” when the headboard itself is broken and not only my bed was broken. It was also Stains on the bed cover which just made me feel like it wasn’t properly clean. Also we came to the house with a green pool the tech for the bed enlighten us the pool tech was coming the same time he was and never showed we love to get in the pool the first night especially when it was something we planned ahead to do in our itinerary , the front porch was filled with old black spots everywhere it look more like mildew & the part that annoyed me the most was no hot water for the hot tub , I’ve stayed in Storey lakes not once not twice but now makes 5 different occasions and never have I ever came to a green pool and a hot tub that doesn’t get hot and it’s colder than the pool. I’ve never felt so cheap ever this house is not worth the money find something better don’t book this home!

Large Family Vacation

We had a big party and needed a house capable of housing us all. We looked at many properties, and decided to go with this property. I will start by saying the house was great for our needs. We were pleased with the size, the proximity to the parks and ability to all stay together. I was nervous as we were preparing to leave, because I read some recent reviews. I will say that the two complaints I saw were about the couch and the pavers around the pool. Responses said that both of those issues were corrected. They were not. We spent the majority of our time at the parks so this was not a major issue for us, but for full disclosure the couch and the pavers are not fixed. I don't believe that either of these things would warrant bad reviews. The house really is great, and we loved it. The only other thing I will say is that if you plan on arriving on Friday evening, either arrive in the early afternoon or late at night. We had to bring a sick kiddo back to the house around 5:45 on Friday. He was miserable and sick at this stomach. He desperately needed that bathroom. We waited for 55 minutes in a line of traffic that was absolutely outrageous to get into the complex. Traffic was coming in from both directions attempting to check in to get into complex. It was a nightmare. The gatekeeper said it was like that every Friday night from about 4:30-10pm. So I'd plan accordingly. Otherwise, rent with confidence. You won't be disappointed!

Mildly dissappointed

The space and layout was exactly what we were looking for. Prior reviews described furniture and things that were damaged or broken and Emily replied back saying that was not the case. Any negative review they were quick to defend and place blame on someone else. The downstairs couch is absolutely awful to sit on, as a matter of fact you can’t sit on it cause the wood frame will go straight up your rear end there is no cushion left at all. I sent them a message shortly after check in about unbagged trash in the outdoor trash can and I was assured it would be cleaned up, upon checking out it had still not been done. I also sent a message about the pool heat cause we didn’t think it was working however the heat was in fact working but they only set it to 80 so not the most comfortable, I did not have a floating thermometer to prove the actual water temp strictly going off of the heater display. One of the downstairs king beds did not have a mattress protector and they did not use a fitted sheet to make the bed, they instead tied the corners of a flat sheet and left it. Several of the blinds were broken or damaged, the house was clean however there were areas that needed more attention. The outside grounds had small bits of trash scattered throughout. I will gladly wait for a snyde message from management on here denying any claims. Glad I took pictures before I left as proof.

Thank you for your feedback, George. A new sofa has been installed to replace the damaged one for our future guests' comfort. The blinds also have already been fixed during the departure inspection. Please understand that our team had to schedule cleaners to remove the unexpected loose trash left by the previous guests. It is important to know that the pool heater is set on a timer for a maximum period from 9/10 AM to 9/10 PM. The pool temperature is always set to 88 degrees and the SPA is always set to 102 degrees. The display of 80 degrees found was the pool water temperature at that specific night, not the pool heater's setting. Before each group arrives, all beds are inspected and properly made with sheets. However, we were not informed of any bed issues during your stay. If you encounter any issues during your stay, please inform us, and we are always here to provide prompt assistance. We are committed to continuously improving our services to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.

Beautiful Home, Poor Management

We weren’t expecting perfection so were willing to overlook several small issues (trash in front of property, tiles broken off hot tub, broken blinds). As we settled in, we realized that the sheets on one of the beds was stained with what looked like dried blood (#1 - health hazard, #2 - proper cleaning and inspection couldn’t have happened). We then realized several beds did not have sufficient bedding, leaving zero confidence that ANY of the sheets were clean. I sent a text to the emergency contact at about 11pm. It wasn't until 6:43 am the next day that I received a response apologizing for the "inconvenience" and asking for pictures (which we provided). I was assured that someone would come to address ALL beds but was not given a timeframe. Hours later, while I was out, a cleaning person arrived with only one set of clean sheets. Upon my return, I asked why only the bloodied sheets were replaced and was told that the cleaning company received a request for only one set. I then asked to speak (not text) with someone. There was no answer to any of the numerous calls I made or to subsequent texts. We lost almost a whole day of our vacation washing sheets for ALL 10 BEDROOMS, while being ignored by the hosts. Once we got home and complained, we received a refund for the cleaning fee (added a star). This does not equal the time we lost cleaning and attempting to communicate. We are EXTREMELY frustrated with the management of this situation and will NOT return to this property.

Our home is always professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and our previous guests had great stays! We have further looked into the cleaning report and did not find the sheets were stained before check-in. We arranged for cleaners to deliver a new set of sheets anyways and encouraged to communicate with us via messages so we can keep everything on track to provide better assistance constantly. We will continue to provide excellent service and deliver great stays to our future guests!

The property is new I think they need to go back in and fix of the appliances. Overall it was good.
