About this property

Brand new pool and jacuzzi just installed in 2022!! 6Beds (2 Kings + 4 Queen) in a 4 bedrooms house. The house is close to the strip, downtown and Summerlin. Plenty of parking space on site, backyard is half an acre of the space!! Jacuzzi/pool heating fee $100/night. We suggested to put the temperature 80 degrees.

For hygiene purpose, please bring your own bottled water and ice.

‼️‼️ VERY IMPORTANT‼️‼️

📌 No party! No smoking in the house!

📌 Do not access garage.

📌 Security deposit will be taken away if we find out there is any house party occur during the stay and any missing items in the house.

📌 For your safety, DO NOT unplug any security system in the house. All cameras are located in the outside area.

📌 If you are bring pets, keep them away from beds and pool

📌 Please do not have AC on with doors/windows open. Any damage to the AC will be billed to the guest.

📌 Please do not flush anything down the toilets, plumbing fees will be billed to you if the toilet is clogged.

Before check out:

📌 Please hang the wet towels up

📌 Rinse dirty dishes and put them in the washer

📌 If you move any furnitures, move them back to the original place

Awesome Location!

Let me just say, the pictures don't really do it justice. This was an awesome compound. This house was more than we needed. We loved it because, no one was on top of each other. The back room/suite was unbelievable. It felt very private. We also loved that the house was gated. Very clean and welcoming! The only down fall was the weather as we weren't able to enjoy the gorgeous backyard. We will definitely be back for our next visit if available.

A great experience

This property is amazing, comfy and when you walk in it’s a homey feeling and the backyard is a great relaxing area yes it’s the cold season so bundle up. Also This host was great with communication.
