This place was perfect for walking to and from the train station, ideal for access to a wide variety of restaurants, and had a everything (balcony, amenities, cleanliness) we were looking for with our three day stay in Interlaken.
We were very happy with the property. It was a good size and was well equiped. We were able to make meals and do some laundry. Water pressure was very good. It is in a great location close to the rail and buses. The views are amazing. Property manager was responsive to questions. Price point was very good for area in early Sept.
This property was amazing. The location is perfect just out of town so it’s not loud but right near the train and shops. Would 100% come back if I were to visit again :)

The apartment itself is within walking distance of Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost train stations making it perfect as a base to explore the area.
Overall a wonderful stay, especially for the price. While there is a view from the balcony of a narrow canal, the view is impeded by neighboring buildings. In the communications leading up to our stay I was repeatedly reminded to bring a Refundable damage deposit of 319.06 euros in cash, however when clarifying this just days before our stay I was told this isn’t a thing. I found this very confusing and a little stressful to make certain I had the proper amount in foreign currency and it was unneeded. Beyond this snag, the communication on entry was adequate. Perhaps clearer directions on parking options would have been helpful, as we were bringing a rental car for our stay (tip, park under the nearby Coop .2 km away and there is 15 minute parking available by the stay for loading/unloading). We never did figure out how to use the small washing machine - so don’t count on doing your laundry here.
The kitchen was well stocked, and the area comfortable, and the skylights added wonderful natural light. IMO it could use an upgrade in decor - felt much like a bachelor pad, and it is several flights of stairs as one would expect with a loft stay.
Location is .4 km from train station, with an array of coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants nearby. The city is postcard pretty with the canals and lakes. Highly recommend, just note these small details before you go.
This apartment is in an excellent location if you like to be just off the main street of activity. Rivers and mountains all around. Para gliders overhead. Easy access to the shopping and restaurants. Tourist office and small grocery store just down the quaint little street.
Inside the apartment it is very comfortable. We had two people and there was plenty of room. Lots of sky lights that open. We enjoyed sitting at the opened front windows and enjoying the sounds and sights.
Plenty of room in the bedroom. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The back balcony was off the bedroom that overlooked the river.
The bathroom was good, nothing special. plenty of room.
A few things to note, The key holder told me he would send the access instructions close to the check in time, I had to contact him when we arrived. Thankfully he returned the email quickly. This apartment is on the 4th floor, not the 3rd. The three flights of stairs are very narrow due to a handicap lift. Not many supplies unless left from other guests i.e. coffee, filters, hand soap, basic toiletries. The dresser drawers were hard to open and close. The balcony guardrail was solid so you couldn't see the river when sitting out there.
Communication with the key holder was poor once we got the key. We had a few different issues that we contacted him about; he finally responded to the first the next day, after we figured it our but never to the other issues/questions - we did finally figured it out as well.

Dit huis is een goed huis om van hier uit weg te gaan in het mooie Zwitserland, met trein en bus.
Zeer centraal gelegen. Alles wat nodig is, is er en is in orde. Alleen wel wat lawaai van het water vlakbij. Maar daar is mee te leven.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Teppiche in Wohn-und Schlafzimmer sollten ersetzt werden, da sie ziemlich verfleckt und unhygienisch sind. Es gibt kleinere Reparaturarbeiten auszuführen. Die Matratzen sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten erneuert werden. Die Wohnung dürfte besser unterhalten und auch sauberer gereinigt werden.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie vorher beschrieben - sehr schön, sauber, mit tollem Blick vom Balkon. Der angrenzende Fluß (Aare) rauscht zwar ganz schön, war aber für uns kein Problem. Einzig etwas nervig ist die Parksituation (schwierig und kostenpflichtig), was man aber interhome nicht vorwerfen kann. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Sogar ein Treppenlift ist vorhanden (haben wir nicht ausprobiert), so dass (theoretisch) auch gehbehinderte Personen in die Wohnung kommen.
Schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit tollem Blick. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Over het algemeen zeer tevreden over de locatie. Wel zouden een paar comfortabele verstelbare tuinstoelen op het balkon een verbetering zijn. Ook meer info tav in nabijheid parkeren is wenselijk.

Top Lage, überforderter ...
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, die Einrichtung hat den Zenit überschritten. Für eine Dachwohnung fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Der Balkon war schmutzig und benötigt eine Sanierung. Der Schlüsselhalter benötigte 3 Anläufe für die Übergabe der Kaution. Auch bei der Parkplatzsuche fehlte trotz Zusage eine Hilfestellung. Wir werden die Unterkunft nicht mehr berücksichtigen.

Great, spacious and clean apartment in Interlaken. Easy to get to - only a short walk from Interlaken West station, and only a 5-10 minute walk to food & shops. The apartment itself is very roomy - a large kitchen with everything you need. The balcony overlooks a river & has an outlook on to the mountains. Plenty of movies to pick from and netflix on the tv/bluray player if you want it.
Only downside was the check in process - Interhome did not contact us at all to notify us of the check in process. We had to contact them, then we had to call/text the property owners on the day of arrival (lucky we bought a sim card!).
Oh, and there's no lift, but we already knew about that.
Overall it was excellent - just what we were looking for in Interlaken!
Property is an apartment on the top floor of a small apartment building. It is located on an island in the river that flows thru Interlaken. The location is within easy walking distance of the Interlaken West train station. This is the smaller of the two stations, but it provides access to anywhere the Swiss rail system goes.
The apartment has a nice kitchen and the bathroom includes a small clothes washer.
We stayed in late September- so it wasn’t very hot. But there are numerous operable skylights for ventilation.
