Relax with the whole family at this beach front, ocean view, spacious, gorgeous Penthouse! It’s a piece of paradise yet located at a walking distance from restaurants. Our place is located at the heart of the paradise of Daytona beach shores where you can find water activities, intercoastal serene waters (great for Jet skiing, Boating and Fishing) and nature wonders. The Shores is located between Daytona beach (North) and the beautiful Wilbur by the sea and Ponce inlet, a true paradise that does not allow vacation homes, but it's worth the visit. Ponce is the house of the second tallest light house of USA. The shores Beach is a perfect family vacation spot, also located only 58 miles from Orlando, making commuting from theme parks to the beach perfectly convenient. We thrive to customize your stay providing a special touch for special occasions and multiple options of sleep arrangements. This base price accommodates 5 people. One extra guest will add $35 per day/ night with children above 6 and above. We rent a minimum of 3 nights . Our place accommodates 8 people comfortably in beds. We have comfortable sofa beds for 4 extra guests (12 guests total). Deposit: . A small deposit needs to be done with the owner because this platform does not require one and we have been burned several times. Pet owners : Even though we are dog parents, and have a soft spot for them , unpleasant past experiences has forced us to no longer accommodate pets :(. Especially because the city does not allow pets on the beach and our neighbors weren't happy with barks when they end up by themselves while owners are on the beach and they destroy our place. We do have a list of pets daycares where your loved one can also be on vacation and pool while you are having a blast :)relaxing on the ocean. With the hurricanes our Condo was untouched . The ocean has gone back to normal. However we lost our pool. Honestly with the location , the comfort of the condo and the priceless panoramic view of the ocean , the temporary absence of the pool won’t take away from a wonderful vacation . Currently we are glad for the pools naturally formed by the ocean on the white beach sand. :)
