Perfect location and adorably decorated

We stayed 8 days and rented a car to be able to do Chichen Itza, Tulum, Xcaret park, cenotes. Took ferry to Cozumel. This condo is in perfect location. We loved the roof top, local restaurants on the adjoining street that has tropical plants everywhere. That street is the most picturesque in all of Playa. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. Loved our special time there with our teenagers sons. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us.

Gorgeous place, great location, awesome time

This is a wonderful, wonderful place to spend a week or two in the Playa del Carmen region. This condo is right next to the beach and a few minutes walk from all of the fantastic attractions, but still has an intimate feel to it. The apartment itself is light and airy, with tons of windows and beautiful Mediterranean accents. There's a roof walk-up for sunbathing, the private baths are gorgeous, the kitchen is spacious, and we spent several nights just sitting and chatting on the cute balcony. This place is well-maintained, and the staff working the property are friendly and quick to help you out; they also have an excellent guidebook with great advice about what to do and where to eat in the area. My husband and I spent our honeymoon down here, and it was just a blast - we can't wait to come back.

Lush Landscaping, Cozy Condo, Thoughtful Owners

Lovely condo decorated with the local Mayan history and beach culture in mind. The kitchen was well equipped to make everything for dinner or just margaritas and salsa, and the owners are thoughtful enough to have provided beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment and even a beach tent to keep the small ones out of the sun. They also have good taste in DVD's for the whole family, and a very relaxing hammock on the veranda. Great restaurants are walking distance and the beach, just 1/2 block, was quiet with a massage tent right nearby. The ocean view at the moment is hidden by some growing trees but the advantage was a shady balcony, and a few visitors like chachalaca birds, an agouti and even a coatimundi! The landscaping of the whole condo development is lush and beautiful with winding paths and waterfalls. Staff very friendly and helpful and also helped blow up tires for the bikes available in 2014 (and I understand for as long as they last before rusting away in this climate!)
