Among the most discerning residences at The Charter, this third floor, ski-in, ski-out, one-bedroom offers a family room with a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, a dining area, and guest suite with a king size bed and attached, spa-like bathroom. Additional features include premium flooring and cabinetry, a private deck, ceiling fans, air conditioning, washer/dryer and garage parking. This one-bedroom is a lock-off and can be joined to the adjacent residence to create a two-bedroom unit.
Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch is also available.
