Feel at home in our lovely, clean & comfortable apartment that is centrally located in historic Old Louisville. A romantic neighborhood full of beautiful victorian houses next to an Olmsted Park. Walking distance to UofL and a short drive (or Uber) to downtown, Churchill Downs, Nulu and the Highlands.

This apartment is a great landing pad for a longer stay. We have hosted many traveling nurses, professors, and folks traveling for work.

Historic Neighborhood Flat

I chose this property for location, the overall look, and the cost was within my budget. It is an adorable flat on the 3rd story on the most historical street in Louisville. The park at the end of the street is beautiful and hosts events such as the Kentucky Shakespeare Festival and music which provided easy and free evening entertainment on the weekends. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming as I had a long term rental. I felt very safe at this property. It was also convenient to the stores, airport, and work. Ashley who is the Assistant was always available for any questions or concerns, and being new to Kentucky I felt welcomed. She was very helpful.
