Very clean apartment and a great view of the pool area. Garage parking was so nice. The only thing that was a little challenging were the elevators. The main one went down and I was always confused as to which one to take to get to the garage. They don’t all go to the same place.

Great location

We had a great stay here! Loved Butchertown. The apartment building location is great, had really nice amenities, and the private gated parking garage made us feel extra safe! I would highly recommend this property.

the place was amazing. Really hot the week we were there and the pool was great and outdoor area for seating was really nice. The apt. was clean and roomy. we are coming back to louisville in the fall and hope to stay there again. Close to restaurants and shops.

Unit was clean with minimal furnishings. Great shower and a plus to have the washer/dryer. Excellent location to park, lock the door and walk to shops, distilleries and restaurants. The building was very secured for entry process and parking. Neighborhood was quiet and so were the neighbors.

This room was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was very nice - no issues walking around downtown, walking the dog etc. Very dog friendly building and neighborhood, wonderful places to eat and shop nearby. The only issue was checking in - 3 hours before checking in we were told the property “could not accommodate us” due to our dog being 45 lb, even though that was communicated a month ago when we made the reservations. We had driven 8 hours to Louisville, and thought we would have no place to stay. It was cleared up, I think it was an AI bot that made the error, but caused a panic. Overall after checking we were very happy with the property.

Celebrating the Love of my Life

Cozy Suite was the perfect environment to celebrate a loving mom and wife, truely she is the love of my life. We enjpyed the river front and a variety of ethnic foods. We shared river front walks and cherakee park trails and 2 hour river boat journey. We enjoyed our stay in Louisville Ky. I will recommend cozy suites to friends and associates. Thank you

The room was clean and the apartment complex the room is in was nice, had a lot of cool amenities! The verification and check-in process through the third party who rents out the room was rough. I had to re-send information several times and the check-in process once we got to the unit took longer than expected. The customer service rep was nice and easy to work with but it was frustrating getting access to the room. Once we had access the room was it was in a great location and worked well for our stay!
