Great location central to everything we were doing, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Lots of fun things to do right at the house to entertain our kids (9-16) between the out of house activities we had planned. Very cute decor and seemed like the owners thought of everything. Great Location to Canal St New Smyrna Beach

We had a wonderful stay at the New Smyrna Beach house hosted by Angel! The house is very comfortable, nice beds, wonderful large stocked kitchen. Great communication with manager. We loved walking the short distance to Canal St, enjoyed the Art Festival, restaurants and park at the end of Canal St. We plan to stay again, it was great!

Amazing house and location

This house was perfect for our New Smyrna vacation with friends. The house easily fit all 6 adults and two young children. Pack and plays fit perfectly in the rooms. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful location, walk to Canal St, close to beaches. Comfortable, clean, fully stocked kitchen. Game room was fun. Fenced in yard for dogs worked very well. Enjoyed hot tub and fire pit. Will definitely stay here again!

Family wedding weekend

This house was perfect for our stay and our group! More spacious than it appears in the photos, it was the perfect gathering spot for the many family members in town for a wedding. It’s also one of the best equipped/stocked rental homes that I’ve stayed in! Highly recommend ⭐️

Mid-week getaway

This home is located very conveniently to shopping, dining and activities just over the causeway or the intracoastal. It was clean and the backyard was nice for relaxing. I rented the home for just 3 nights to bring my Mom for a few days. We dined at The Garlic and Norwoods, attended a show at the Little Theater, visited the beach, and did a guided dolphin tour along the Indian River Lagoon.

Cozy Beach Getaway

Cute House in the Perfect Location

Perfect Stay in New Smyrna Beach!We had an amazing stay at this home — it truly had everything we needed and more! The house was fully stocked with all the necessities, including a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy and convenient. There was plenty of space for our whole family and our dog, who especially loved the fully fenced-in yard.The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to downtown New Smyrna with great restaurants and shops and a quick 8 minute drive to the beach. When we weren’t out exploring, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, playing in the game room.This home was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. Highly recommend — we would absolutely stay here again!

Such a cute house in historic downtown New Smyrna Beach. Walking distance to bars/restaurants, short drive to the beach. We loved our stay celebrating our sons 21st birthday. So many things to do right at the house. Fun atmosphere with a fire pit & hot tub, plus outdoor games & a game room. New Smyrna Gameroom House

We loved our stay in this house. They seriously thought of everything when setting this place up. The location is perfect, as well. We could walk to most places and my son rented a golf cart, so that was handy as well. Angel was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We are very grateful for this experience.

Weekend Stay

We rented this home for my niece’s wedding in hopes it would be near the venue where her wedding was. We were pleasantly surprised when we discovered the venue was just a few blocks down the street which made it easy to go back and forth the day of the wedding. The home was very clean and had everything you needed. It is definitely a place I would rent again if I am in that area.

Great house for a beach weekend

Stayed at the property for my two teenage daughters birthdays. The house had absolutely everything needed for a short stay. Game room was fun, fire pit and hot tub were a nice addition and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The kitchen had everything you need and more. Communication with Angel was awesome…was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend

We were so impressed by this home. We wanted to get away for my husband's birthday and invited our daughters and another couple. We were able to take our dog and the back yard was so nice to be able to have her out with us. We used the hot tub and the bikes, the fire pit and the game room. What a nice house, we hope to stay again soon!

This home is furnished with all your family comforts in mind. The first level has a sitting room with small library and family games. The family room with reclining sofa and flat screen can be sectioned off from the kitchen and dining area for privacy. The master suite has a king-sized bed, flat screen tv and spacious private bathroom with lots of storage and counter space to accommodate all of your personal items. The second bedroom, just off the kitchen, has a queen-sized bed and adjacent guest bathroom. The first level focal point is the large modern kitchen that is a perfect gathering space for your entire group.
The private second level accessed via the interior staircase, has king- and queen-sized beds that sleeps four with flat screen tv and a beautiful view of the large backyard featuring the hot tub, firepit with Adirondack chairs, overhead lights and the game room located in our decorated rustic garage.

What makes this property unique

This is a 102 year old historic home that is one of the 329 original contributing homes to the New Myrna Beach historic area. Take a bike ride around this quaint little town and visit the local farmers market and attractions.
Of course, let's not forget the beach! Divided into sections, New Smyrna Beach is one of the last remaining Florida beaches that allows vehicular traffic on parts of the beach. Concerned about the kids and cars? Park at the 27th street playground and enjoy the miles of traffic free New Smyrna beach.
Into fishing, boat tours and dolphin watching? It's all within walking distance from this property. Bring your fishing gear and fish the Indian river and intercoastal waterway just six blocks away. Take a dolphin watching or fishing charter boat from the local marina and enjoy your visit to one of the best little beach towns in Florida.
