Enjoy a little piece of paradise in this beautiful/spacious townhouse located just 3 blocks from Sombrero Beach. This community offers a swimming pool and tiki hut for relaxing evenings overlooking the canal. The use of 2 kayaks, 2 bikes and a barbecue grill are included with the unit. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has view to the pool and canal. This home is fully equipped with all you need to feel at home. The boat dock is not available but there is a dock just a couples miles down the road that rents boat slips. Min. 28 day rental.

Perfect location

Wonderful community feel and the heated pool is a game changer. Unit was very spacious and comfortable. Very quiet and private. Walking distance to beautiful Sombrero Beach.

We just spent the month here. December 1-January 2, 2026We had a great time! The property is beautiful and everyone that lives there was so friendly. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. The primary bedroom is amazing. So large and comfortable. Makes you feel right at home. The location was great! Close to the beach and lots of great bars and restaurants. Key West is a nice day trip! The pool was nice and a welcome place to go on many of the really warm days. We loved it. Hope we can visit again soon!
