Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Please Wash & Dry all Beach towels the night before. strip soiled bed sheets, (not custom bed & pillow covers) place soiled bed linens and towels in the laundry room. you may start a laundry load.
• Please set the temperature: AC to 75 F in the summer or heat to 60F in the winter.Turn off lights, radio clock alarms, fans or other electronics
•Please depart by 11:00 am. (plan to leave earlier, we would appreciate a phone call or text message of est, time. Close windows, lock front door, place door access key in lockbox on front door frame.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cancellation Policy: no refunds within 60 days start of rental date. Except: if unit is re-rented same rate and time period. refunded minus $100 fee
$50.00 charge each set of keys lost, $35 charge for failure to wash sand off items used on the beach. Will be notified post stay prior to assessments.
Rental contract signed by renter and sent to owner. Parking of RV camper, boat, trailer, approved by SC Assoc. Condo Mgr in writing in advance of stay

Very nice place with very nice owners. It was so nice to have all the extras like beach chairs, bikes and everything you would need right down to the kitchen supplies. No need to pack extra for this place. Awesome place to pack light and flyto.

Retired couple, from the Space Programs at the Cape. After retirement we lived in the unit, but recently build a new home nearby. We enjoy the beach and using the condo unit ourselves for long weekend stays and visits by the grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

Our Jolly's Sandcastle unit is on the 6th floor directly overlooking the beach & ocean, a 7 story private 7.5 acre condo complex. Sandcastle Condo's well maintained facility, with a on-site facility manager. It provides a large year/round heated pool & Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and community room available for guest private parties. The facility has 220 open parking & handicap spaces. It is quietly located away from the main coastal highway (A1A), but walking distance to A+ Seafood & Steak restaurants, fast food restaurants and shopping. Cocoa Beach has great clean soft sand broad beaches for sunning, fishing and surfing. Close by city public swimming pool, Tennis & Golf Club, with 3 course layout. Great fishing in river, surf & ocean & dining pier. It is a direct ocean beach, small community with many nature walking trails, parks and water access for marine and wild life excursions, walking/biking/boat tours. We have a large open ocean pier, with restaurants, gift shops, fishing area and viewing of surfing and beach goers. We are located next to Kennedy Space Center and to the US Space Center to view rocket launches and tours. Adjacent to Cape Canaveral Port: Seafood Dining Restaurants, Ocean Fishing boat charters, Gambling boat for local off shore ocean excursion, Twice per day. Major Cruise lines ship boarding terminals. Also an easy direct freeway 45 minute drive to Orlando airport and all the Orlando major theme parks, as well as the famous Daytona Raceway & Auto drive-on beaches.

Watch exciting rocket space launches from condo balcony or beachfront. A facility that has a Quiet & Relaxing pace,. Take a short nap at the pool, or on the beach, read, watch the Surf fishermen, surfers, kids building sandcastles or take short walks day or night along the beach shore. Sun bath or relax in the warm ocean waves or in the year-round heated pool & Jacuzzi. Our grand children love to come visit and play with us in our unit on the beach. Local & friendly community, initially close to our past employment at the Space Center, and our enjoyment of the ocean.
Sandcastles Owners and management ensure that the facility and property are well maintained and kept in immaculate condition.
