The condo was very nice with excellent decor. Check in and out was easy. The owner was accessible through test. The only concern we had was the amount of time it took to dry clothes. I would highly recommend this unit.

We really enjoyed our week. Joyce was a joy to work with. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy; bathrooms spotless. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, and toys were provided. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well-stocked. The pool was the perfect temperature. Plenty of parking.Finally, and most importantly, the ocean view was fantastic! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean.We hope to return soon!

The condo was great! It was clean, had tons of beach amenities, and plenty of space for our family of 5. The view of the ocean perfect. The owner was thorough and clearly communicated instructions and expectations.

We traveled to Cocoa Beach to watch the Nasa telescope launch. The condo was one of the best we have stayed in. We loved how close we were to the beach and the view of the ocean from the balcony. It also had a nice pool we took advantage of often. It is in a great location near restaurants and shopping. It was a short drive to Kennedy Space center. It was nice that it was supplied beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Joyce was very easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

The condo was as advertised- very clean, and all the amenities were fantastic! Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean and Cape Canaveral to watch the rockets launch. This was exactly what my family was looking for!We highly recommended this location!

This is by far one of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed in. It was exceptionally clean, well organized and well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed here and next time we’re in Cocoa Beach, we will definitely try to rebook the property.

Our time at Cocoa Beach was wonderful! The condo was very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed for our beach vacation was already there! Close to lots of restaurants and nightlife. The view from our condo was excellent! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I can’t express how wonderful this place is! The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful view and fully stocked with everything you’d need for a beach trip (toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc). Loved that they even had a pack n play. Everything was so clean and cozy. It felt like home away from home!

The condo has a great view from the balcony. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans for cooking. Lots of towels and beach equipment. Joyce is wonderful to deal with. The complex has very clean grounds and friendly people.
