Perfectly situated for year-round adventure. Whether you're here to carve through fresh powder or hike through alpine wildflowers, this is your ideal mountain basecamp.
The Location
Winter: Walk to the Stagecoach ski lifts at Heavenly, or hop on the convenient shuttle.
Spring, Summer, & Fall: Step outside and walk directly to the destination trail connecting to the iconic Tahoe Rim Trail.
Convenience: Just a quick 10-minute drive to the heart of town for dining, shopping, and entertainment. This efficiently designed 364 sq. ft. condo is a perfect fit for a couple's getaway or a small family.
Sleeping: Comfortably fits 2-3 guests, or a small family of 4. A trundle bed is available.
Kitchen: Fully equipped and convenient for preparing meals and snacks. Easy 1/2-mile walk to a convenience store or a local favorite, Fox & Hound Grill.
Laundry: In-building washer and dryer for your convenience.
Tech: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi.
The bedding arrangement includes one full bed and one single trundle bed.

Parking: Free on-site parking included.
Relaxation: Access to the community hot tub and heated pool.

There are security cameras located outside the front door, directed at the entrance, and on the balcony, directed at the balcony door. No audio is recorded.
Please note that, as with many condo buildings, walls may be thin and you may occasionally hear neighboring units. Please reach out if any issues arise.
