Apartment was as good as pictures. Cozy convenient retreat. Quick access to downtown Spokane. All amenities needed nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely stay there again.

Travel Nurse Stay

I came across this property and was able to book quickly last minute due to a change in travel plans. Host was very kind, understanding, and quick to respond with any questions/issues I had. The apartment was clean and orderly when I arrived, however there were dried lip stains on almost all the mugs in the cabinet. No big deal, I just washed them myself. Aside from that, I have no complaints regarding cleanliness. Noise was a bit of a problem. My neighbor was noisy and would often bang on the walls at all hours, day and night, making it difficult for me to get some decent sleep. Host was quick to respond and act when I reached out about this issue. I did get my days mixed up and slept through check-out (sorry Linda). Host was incredibly helpful in granting me a day's extension and assisted me with this process. The only thing I wish there was would be a vacuum! There was a broom and pan provided, but a vacuum would have been slightly more convenient. If it wasn't for the lip stains and the noise, I'd have given this property a 5/5!

Not great. It’s near a high school and limited transportation. Outdated appliances, the shower was cold and loud due to some plumbing issues. Traffic is loud as it’s near the main road also by a fire dept. Dead pests in cheap blind shades they provide they refused to maintain and clean. The tv remote was broken and no battery replacement. The cooling system barely worked and it was hot during the night. The price is highly priced for a questionable neighborhood they claim is quiet & safe. The nice thing was in unit laundry, top floor 4 plex, and dish ware, utensils they provide for cooking, etc. They do respond quick but do not maintain their property. If it weren’t for all of that I would have totally stayed and not check out early. Do not stay here if you want quiet go outside the city like towards state line or something.

Unfortunately, this review is not truthful and is disappointing. The guest made a comment about an issue with the shower and the remote only to which we requested to have someone come assist (although new batteries were in the unit) and the guest did not respond for 3-4 days. It seems a bit far-fetched that when the guest was upset that she decided to stay about 4 additional nights. The fire station is listed in the listing but they do not sound alarms at night. The neighborhood as stated is safe and is adjacent to the fire house and has a high school and park within one block. There is public transportation within 1 block in either direction and of course uber/lyft are available. The blinds are blackout and not cheap and the apartment was fully remodeled within the last 2 years so all appliances are new. There are mini splits in the bedroom and living room and I have only had guests ask and they are generally on different modes for each which will create an issue however, this guest did not complain of anything additional during or after her stay.
