We understand this and if this is your first time to Wilmington - you will get a "taste" of living in the heart/very close to downtown Wilmington! The best part about our property is that we are located close to downtown, but our property is tucked away and extremely private. Just check out our reviews on Google!

The best part about our property is the privacy. All of our units are updated studio apartments - so we remain a very quiet profile. There are NO shared spaces. This means you have a private entrance, private kitchen and private washers and dryers.
