Some of Florida’s most prized and awarded beaches are located just minutes away by car; you can find yourself Hunting fossilized sharks teeth on Venice Beach, or walking the powdery sand beaches of Manasota Key, Siesta Key and Lido Key just a short distance away. Some of Florida’s finest golf is available right here in Sarasota County. Serene, picturesque home.

The house is a showpiece, located right on the canal where you can watch the birds, or just sit by the water with your morning coffee. Wonderful stay!

Excellent place!

Great place and great location. House was quiet and comfy with lots of extras. Loved being on the river and seeing lots of wildlife including some alligators. Host was quick to respond and was very accommodating. Definitely will stay again!

Christmas getaway

Perfect location for us!! My husband enjoyed fishing daily! We were close enough to take advatage of the beach as well! The home is beautifully decorated and very comfy! We will most definitely stay here again. The host was very accommodating. Checked in to be sure we didn't need anything.

Spring Break visit

My family had a lovely stay at Evan’s property! His home was super clean and as described in the listing and pictures. Evan was super responsive to any question I had. The home is at the end of a quiet street and the lanai overlooking the canal was just lovely - enjoyed coffee and watching the birds there each morning. Beach gear was available and in good condition, and it was very easy to navigate there from the house. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place.

This was a life saver after being displaced from hurricane Ian. The host was super supportive! communication was on point. We enjoyed the property and the neighbors were friendly. This was our first time using this service and to say we were impressed is an understatement. They really thought of everything when putting it together for use. I would stay here again if the needs arises. Thanks so much for your kindness.

Showpiece home!

Beautiful, clean, serene home right on the canal. Hospitable, quiet, clean, great communication with host. Felt safe, had morning coffee with the cranes. If there were one negative, it would be that there were no blinds on the living room screen doors. Trying to watch some tv at night, felt exposed. But overall, I still give the property 5 stars.
