Welcome to The Modern at Seville Station! This duplex is located on Zaragoza Street, just a few steps from Seville Square and lies at the very heart of historic Pensacola. It's a happy place for the gourmet chef in all of us, and the kind of luxury our guests seek. An open living concept kitchen, dining and living room with 100" original windows. It features furnishings that compliment the space and envelop the visitor during morning coffee or after a day out in the shops, museums or at the beach. The two well appointed bedrooms with large closets allow for absolute comfort and space to house the plethora of things needed for a week away of days and nights out or the ultimate relaxing holiday. The two baths with single vanity sinks and glass surround, tiled, stand up showers provides just the right amount of luxury for our guests. The home features a stackable washer/dryer, large kitchen island with breakfast bar that seats up to 4 people. A front porch with historic views of a town first started in 1559 transports you back to a past time in Pensacola and American history. An equally enjoyable back porch serves as an outdoor alternative for dinner or cocktails before dinner out on the town. With all the fantastic things happening in and around Pensacola, The Modern at Seville Station creates the ultimate landing pad for those looking for a most enjoyable experience!

Great location

If you want to enjoy the historic district and downtown, this is the place to be. There's plenty to see and do and great restaurants within walking distance. We willl be back.

Well Appointed Residence

Loved this remodeled home in historic district, within walking distance of downtown. Was located in quiet, safe neighborhood. Equipped with top of the line fixtures and appliances. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Place

We had a wonderful time staying here for thanksgiving. We have family in town so this allowed us to have our own space while being close enough to meet up for all our holiday gatherings. The kitchen was amazing with everything we needed to cook dishes to bring to thanksgiving. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch drinking coffee and walking in the square and down to the bay.

Upscale Modern Renovation

The home is beautiful, and has been restored to a modern gem impeccably. The location is great, the kitchen is equipped beyond belief, and the property manager is prompt and efficient. The only downside occurred on our last evening in the wee hours of the night when the guests above us were very loud. We were awoken by loud walking, running, and what sounded like door slamming and/or jumping.

Wonderful Stay

We were very pleased with the house. It’s comfortable, luxurious and and clean. The kitchen is stocked with good quality dishes and nice cookware; the appliances are top level and the seating is comfortable. We slept very comfortably in the bed, which is rare! I’m picky about sheets and these were excellent Cotten fabric, cool and breathable. The neighborhood is lovely. We were able to walk downtown easily to any restaurant or shop. The historical homes are so nice to view with lots of character. My husband loved the brewery just a block down the street. Also, accessing the very long sidewalk along the coastline was easy for a wonderful run. I wish we had more time to explore some of the museums and historical buildings. We truly loved our visit and this house makes it a perfect Pensacola stay.

Perfect

We have visited Pensacola many times to see family, this place was perfect for us. The accommodations were fantastic and better than the listing stated. The location was fantastic, we loved being able to walk to get coffee in the morning and just explore the downtown area. I hope to stay there again on our next visit to Pensacola!

Perfect!!!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

We have family in the luxury hotel business so we are super picky but this place was fantastic!! A GORGEOUS home in the perfect location with very high end appliances and fixtures throughout (and everything worked!), it's clear no expense was spared when renovating this home. This was also best stocked rental I've stayed in, with very high end cookware, flatware, glassware. also the worlds most comfortable mattress is in the master. MOST IMPORTANT, though, was the amazing communication and personal touches from the host/rental manager. We were celebrating my sister-in-law's birthday and when we arrived there was a bottle of champagne and flowers and a personal note! This is something we would expect from a luxury hotel but that's the feeling you have when staying at The Modern! Whenever we are back in Pensacola to visit family, this will be our place!
