Clean property and rooms, very spacious, with everything you need for families or small groups in the kitchen. Direct access to the dock below is a big plus if you rent a boat.

Amazing home!

We loved that all nine of us could fit comfortably. What a beautiful home with spectacular views of the boats coming up and down the river. The deck was perfect for pre-dinner cocktails. We will definitely be back.

We just wanted to share how much our entire family truly enjoyed our stay at the home we rented in Saugatuck.From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, welcoming, and exactly as described, my daughter described the view as dreamy . The house was perfect for our 8 adults and two grandkids , plenty of space, a great layout with a really quiet location. We made so many great memories . It was a comfortable, peaceful spot that really felt like home for the time we were there. Thank you for helping make our trip so special!We would absolutely recommend this place to other guest !

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We had four small children and 10 adults. Mattresses and pillows were very nice. Lots of space for everyone and bathroom and kitchen amenities. Excellent location and beautiful scenery. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience

This home atop the hill with spectacular views is by far, the best place I've stayed in... ever. It's styled and stocked so well, and very clean. The helpline is very responsive, and the area is ideal with lots of nice restaurants, bars with live music and things to do.

Idyllic boat watching

Loved the dock, loved the easy gas fires, loved my huge room, loved my tub, loved the well-stocked kitchen, loved the long dining room table. My favorite of all was watching all the gorgeous boats moving up and down the river. Perfect!

Beautiful home with fantastic view!

Surpassed our expectations on all levels.The house is amazing and brand new. The decorating was top notch and the sofas and beds were super comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck watching all the boats go by and see the sunsets. Can't wait to go back.

Great house for a girls getaway

We are a group of 8 women in our 40s who come to Saugatuck every year for a girls weekend away. This house was our favorite of all the ones we have stayed in. The house was so clean, so comfortable, and very nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the large bedrooms and king beds. It was nice to have beach towels and beach chairs available for use. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Felt like Home

I’ve never stayed in a rental that I immediately felt like I was at home until this stay. From room to room, mind blowing comfortable and enjoyable. Stayed for 4 nights for my wedding weekend. This overwhelmed bride really appreciated all the thought and care in the home. Plenty of room and space for my bridal party to get a good night sleep and recover post wedding. Enjoyed having coffee in the AM with the fireplace and views. Thank you!

There was plenty of room in the house- 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The location was great, located right on the river with steps leading down. It’s about a five minute drive to downtown Saugatuck. The house is well appointed – lots of servingware and cooking supplies available. Pump soap in every bathroom, and pump shampoo/conditioner/body wash in every full-size bathroom. The washing machine and dryer had a large capacity, which is good for beach towels. They also had beach towels available for use. We used the grill and it worked great. We also used the gas fire pit, which was nice in the evenings. The only thing that I think would be good is a place to eat outdoors. We usually like to eat outside, but there was no table for that purpose. But otherwise everything was great. Very clean, my entire family felt very comfortable, which is definitely saying something as some of us are very picky when it comes to cleanliness. Great time, we would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Simple necessities were available to make everyone comfortable for a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. Minor problems occurred: live ladybugs collected around the inside of windows, fire pit worked for one night only, and the fireplace was not functional in upstairs bedroom. Unfortunately the property management could not assist with this. However, it was an otherwise comfortable stay with an amazing view of the river.

Beautiful spacious home!

We had a group of seven 65+ women stay in this beautiful spacious home for a getaway weekend in early November. This home is spacious yet very cozy and welcoming! The views of the river are exceptional. Cozy living area with fireplace. Large enough dining/living space so we held a yoga session while overlooking the scenic river. Large dining table to enjoy meals and conversation as well as playing games with loads of laughter! The kitchen was very well stocked, beds/linens very comfortable. Only concern was top bunk of bunk bed had no railing and climbing ladder a bit jittery so we beautiful aging ladies avoided the top bunk:). Beautiful deck with firepit overlooking the scenery of the river. Our whole group loved this place and would highly recommend it!!

Electricity went out

The electricity went out on our last night at 7:00PM. Called the 800 number. Got sent to text message. Said we had four older women and no electricity. Person suggested we check other homes. Told them no lights next door till their generator came on. They suggested we check the breaker panel. Really? We told them the neighbors had no electricity and how would we know where the panel was. Told him we were leaving at 9:30 PM if the electricity had not come back on. Packed in the dark and left. Told him we were had left the property at 9:00. Got a message the next day after we had been home for eleven hours saying “safe travels”.

Clean, well-appointed home for a big family

We had a great stay with no issues until after we left that have since been resolved. Otherwise it's in a beautiful spot and the rooms and bathrooms are all in a modern hotel-style with high ceilings and plenty of space. Would recommend. The post-stay issues were: 1. There was an item that was damaged from a previous visit that Vacasa's employees hadn't noticed until ours, but that was as simple as letting them know we had noticed it on our arrival but hadn't damaged it. The claim was promptly closed which was nice. 2. We had left an item (as I'm sure is common for large group stays) and had to go through the Vacasa protocol which is to pay $25 up front to have them look for it and ship it. It was an important item and there was no communication about it from the local employees for four days which made me anxious and I was pestering Vacasa more and more but in the end they had found it and shipped it. Hasn't arrived yet but hopefully was packed with care. It's of course our oversight to forget something but also pretty common. I'm ok with paying a fee for it but I would like to be put in touch with someone on the ground (who has access to the house) next time.
