EscapetoWaterscape-Family Friendly 2/2.5 condo

Welcome to Waterscape A417! We are an established rental propery, but now owner managed!
Waterscape resort is one of the most popular destinations on the Emerald Coast. The location and amenities offered cannot be matched. You have plenty of space in our home to relax and enjoy your vacation, but you are only steps from the gulf.
The space
This spacious 2 bedroom condo also has an enclosed bunk room perfect for kids! The freshly painted walls and updated decor provide a peaceful place to rest after a day at the beach or exploring one of Waterscape's multiple pools. Both bedrooms feature an en suite bathroom which makes this condo perfect for multi family stays. A fully equipped kitchen and half bath complete our unit. You can even enjoy fireworks from the Oklaoosa Pier from your own private balcony!
Guest access
As our guest, you will have access to all the exclusive amenities Waterscape has to offer! Spend your day enjoying the 10,000 sq.ft. mulit-level waterpark. Relax and enjoy your day lounging in the ample lounge chairs while having a snack or drink from onsite Fudpuckers snack bar (March 1 to October 31). The resort also provides weekly activities including movies at the pool, mermaid meet and greet, and pirate shows.

The main pool features zero entry, water features, 10 ft. waterfall, walkthrough cave, and kids rope course. The lazy river has provided floats, no need to bring your own! The upper deck pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the gulf view, and is seasonally heated. The fenced-in toddler spash park provides endless entertainment for our younger guests.

If that isn't enough, you are only steps from the beautiful emerald coast beaches.

Relaxing Vacation

This unit is so cute and so clean. The owners were readily available for questions and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a slight mix up with our wrist bands and parking pass but the owners immediately helped us fix that. The unit is located in a great spot-not too loud, and we even saw fireworks right outside our balcony. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back

Easy with kids, great place to stay

Only complaint is the sheets in the guest room are not great to sleep on at all..nubby and gross /cheap feeling. Not great cozying into them after a day on the beach! But besides that 10/10
