This is a NON Smoking 3 bed 3 full bath home 2 rooms downstairs, 1 bedroom up stairs. Additional bed in the upstairs great room. Twin bed in an upstairs nook. Home is on a nice private lot. Home is within walking distance to old town Olive Branch. As with many old roads, the road parallels the train tracks, so please be aware that there are trains passing by. You will find this home relaxing and cozy. Sorry, there are No pets allowed! No locals. No additional overnight guest. No Events. No Parties!
