We are a couple with a Latin heritage that fall in love with Mexican culture. We built this villa with a dream and to share it with others so everyone can experience all it's natural wonders including cenotes, white sand beaches along with an ancient culture that is still alive

Why they chose this property

Our villa is centrally located about 20 min drive to Puerto Aventuras, Playa del Carmen is 45 minutes and downtown Tulum is 25 minutes away, Xcacel Beach is only 10 min drive, we are also near Bahia Principe and Akumal (11 min drive). The closest town is Chemuyil 5min drive, 4 min by bicycle and 15 min walking. The town has a few grocery stores called Mini Super GEXA and Super Pool Grocery Store. There is also public transportation available in the town. The closest Golf course is only a13 min drive called PGA Riviera Maya. We are near to Xel-Ha park, Tulum Archaeologic zone, cenotes like Xunaan Ha and Dos Ojos.
