I never received the access code to go into the property had to call the help line at 4pm when my check in was at 3 pm waited a whole hour on the phone with customer service to have them tell me they cant also get hold of the owner for the code and at 6 pm they cancel my reservation gave me my full refund but I was without a place to stay and the refund amount takes 5-10 days for me to get it back. The owner had no consideration and no respect I called text send several messages and never got a response or at least an apology terrible experience I would not recomend this property to anyone..
