Cozy Oceanfront Cottage with your own beach-no walking needed!

Right on the beach! Open, bright and airy space. A pristine cottage located literally on Cape Cod Bay with your own beach. Any closer to the water and it would be a cruise ship! Situated in a private community at Scorton Shores so you do not have to worry about dealing with public crowds, but close to local shops, restaurants and other amenities. Relax in either the sun or shade on the wrap-around deck, lounge chairs, complete with outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and gas grill. The interior features an open concept Living/Dining/Kitchen area. Modern kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless appliances, Ninja blender (for those margaritas) and Keurig & drip coffee makers. One (1) floor living, with all 3 Bedrooms and large Bath (with laundry) off the main hallway with outdoor shower. New furnishings throughout the cottage, including wrapped hypoallergenic mattresses with extra support and comfort. No smoking and no pets please. Please contact us regarding sheets & towels.

Perfect Cape Cod Get-Away

Beautiful, modern, clean home with an amazing view of the sea. On the water with a spacious deck and glass enclosed living area to appreciate the view inside and out. All the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Host was super responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to stay again!!!

Lovely house

We really enjoyed the house and location! Being right on the ocean allowed us the luxury of picking the best times to swim or walk down the beach. Everything in the house was new and clean. We had a great time! (my only recommendation is don't forget the swim shoes, there are rocks throughout the beach; I had rented in Dennis and Brewster before so had expected mostly sand :)

This property is the perfect size for 2 people. 4 adult could enjoy it, as well. The kitchen is beautiful and well equiped. The bathroom is large and brand new. The view is to die for! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and then walking on the beach. We would definitely rent this house again!

Why stay at our cottage? Oceanfront living! Your own private beach! Your own sand! You decide to either lounge on the deck or take a few steps to your own beach. You cannot get any closer to the beach on the Cape. Open, bright and airy. A great place to enjoy the sun and sea, and relax. Open concept design with everything on one floor, so no need to climb steps!
