Perfect place for 1 or 2 people to sleep and enjoy the area of Keizer and OR. A quiet place for a good nights sleep. The RV is tucked in next to the owners home, Micah. He is helpful and friendly.
Great place for a place to sleep. Convenient to my business. Nothing fancy but clean.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The RV had definitely not been cleaned, there were wasps flying around inside because there were no screens on the windows, and the smell coming from the black tank was overwhelming. There was trash left in the garbage cans and tucked behind a picture, some sort of nasty white film in the kitchen sink, a sheet balled up on top a pile of flimsy bedding that had been tossed into the passenger seat of the cab. The "Host" waited til the last minute to communicate with us that the RV would be unlocked and the key left inside, and that was the last we heard from him. He was in his front yard when we were leaving, and he never even acknowledged us. We didn't want to stay the night in this disgusting RV, but it was late and we were too exhausted to deal with trying to get a refund from our negligent "Host". This booking was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, and we will never make the same mistake again.

The Price is Right
We needed a small space for an easy one-night stay in the middle of our week-long road trip - and our five year old wanted to try staying in an RV. The price was right, so we obliged.
Upon arriving the neighbors seemed to be having a party in their front yard - but, they quieted down quickly and the neighborhood was very quiet the rest of the evening.
The sink, toilet and dishes were all a little dirty upon arrival. I didn't complain as we were only there one night, and it wasn't a big deal to me as I always clean those things before using them anyway. There was some residual dog hair on the pillows/blankets from past guests - but, nothing smelled bad or unclean. We have pets and understood it was pet friendly prior to booking.
Check in was super easy as well as check out - though, I personally wish there was a little more information given about checkout - when I asked the host, it was simply, 'you don't need to do anything other than just check out'. Which, was nice it was that easy - but, I am always worried about not leaving things clean enough, etc.
Overall, this fit the bill for us - it was comfortable, quiet, and warm.
