This house is located in a quiet area the beautiful Oakland Hills with partial views of the bay surrounded by pine and redwood trees, perfect to relax in nature. There are many hiking and bike trails in walking distance. The near by Montclaire village with its charms has many dining options, cafes and a Saturday market where one can buy fresh fruits and vegetables and take away food. Berkeley University and the beaches of the bay are 20min drive away and the Pacific Ocean about 45min. It is close to San Francisco with lots of sightseeing and activities.
