Quiet & safe neighborhood to enjoy morning coffee, BBQ on the patio or an evening walk.

Our home is centrally located. Close to major freeways w/ easy access to all of DFW
- airports, stadiums, downtown, shopping, parks, and entertainment

We have one security camera on the doorbell, one in front of the home, one above the garage, and one above the back patio. All devices are turned on. No recording devices are located inside the home.

This is the perfect spot for large families or groups to stay together and enjoy the Dallas and North TX area!

The property was spacious and very clean. The hosts were attentive and checked in throughout the stay to make sure we were happy with our stay. They made the checking in and out process easy. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a place in Plano.

Wonderful Stay in a Central Location

We booked this house so that we could help our daughter find a place to live in the Dallas area. The location was absolutely perfect, putting us right in the center of everything we wanted to see and do. The house offered plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. We were particularly impressed with how comfortable the beds were, especially the soft sheets – we all slept so well! The host was also incredibly responsive and a pleasure to communicate with, making our stay stress-free. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Plano or!

Amazing place

The home is very nice and it’s tastefully decorated. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood (definitely not a good place to host a party). The property was well maintained and the host was over-the-top amazing!! We brought in a team of entrepreneurs for meetings at the Plano Convention Center and couldn’t have had a better place to go to in the evening to relax, cook, and have peaceful reflection time.

Great Place to stay

The house is well kept up and furnished the essentials we needed. Even though it has a pool we didn't use it. We did sit out by it in the morning having coffee and visiting. We also did some workouts by the pool. Carly, the property manager answered all our questions quickly. If we need to stay in the Dallas area again, we will definitely rebook this house. Plano 2023

Property was clean and spacious for our needs. Location was perfect for us. I would have appreciated receiving a list of kitchen equipment in the unit (number of pots, pans, cooking utensils, small appliances, etc.). The nature of our visit was to celebrate a milestone birthday and the dinner was "pot luck". It would have been good to know we had to work with prior to our arrival.

Adequate But Not 5 Star

I only have 1500 characters, so here goes... I found the host to be very insensitive. She was more concerned with her 5-star rating than her guests. In her last message, she hoped we had an "amazing time" and requested a 5-star review. My first message stated we were in town for my mother-in-law's funeral. Amazing is not a word I would choose to describe our weekend. The house's condition looks good in photos but has issues in person. The carpet needs to be re-stretched; it has ridges, a tripping hazard. One of the bathrooms has a non-functional toilet which we only told about at check-in. There is no garage access. The outdoor settee is faded and falling apart. The blue sofa is a cover and does not fit well. This house was not cleaned properly. Toiletries from previous guests were in showers, a dirty bath towel was hanging on a door, a bottle cap was on the kitchen floor, a beer can was in a bedroom, and a wrapper was on the primary closet carpet. Upon entry, the house smelled musty and stale. Lots of leftover food in the pantry cabinets. We were not given all basic essentials like trash bags or laundry soap. The hall bath didn't have towels, just a single washcloth. All cabinets need to be organized to help guests find things or not be bombarded with towels whenever they open a cabinet. Two bedrooms are very cramped, with extra beds. The closets are also locked, forcing you to leave luggage out. Six people in one room could equal six suitcases on the floor.

The reservation would have never been accepted if honest communication about the guest count had been provided. Our property is equipped to comfortably and safely host up to 14 guests, which is our max capacity per the listing. Our concerns regarding your violations of the house rules were not a reflection of our sensitivity to your loss. These rules are set forth for the safety and comfort of our guests. Despite a guest's personal circumstances, it doesn't excuse them from honoring the house rules. We understand that situations like these can be disappointing, and it appears this may have influenced the tone of the review. We always encourage our guests to reach out during their stay to resolve any issues in real-time. Our request for a 5-star review was meant as a reminder of our commitment to your satisfaction, not to overlook your personal experience.
