The Space:

Mornings begin quietly, whether you stretch out beside the private heated pool or sip a fresh cup from the Keurig coffee bar. Later, you can unwind beneath the covered patio while a favorite show plays on the outdoor smart TV, feeling the relaxed rhythm of life near Clearwater Beach.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. A king bed anchors the primary bedroom, which includes a spacious walk‑in closet and an ensuite bathroom. A queen bed fills the second bedroom, and two full beds occupy the third. A queen air mattress is available for extra flexibility. All rooms feature room‑darkening shades, fresh linens and essential comforts.



Outdoor living

Step onto the screened patio w/ outdoor seating & smart TV, where you can lounge, dine or watch a movie under soft lighting. The private heated pool offers a serene backdrop for year‑round enjoyment, while the fenced backyard provides space to gather or simply relax. A fire pit adds a cozy spot for evenings, and beach essentials are provided for easy trips to the shoreline.

The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee bar and everything needed to prepare meals. An open‑concept dining space invites everyone to gather, and the adjoining living area, styled with Tulum‑inspired décor, offers comfy seating for conversation or streaming on high‑speed Wi‑Fi.



Amenities

You’ll find a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, a dedicated workspace and bathroom essentials including a bathtub and hot water. Four smart TVs are placed throughout the home for entertainment. Family‑friendly touches include a pack ’n play, children’s books and toys. Safety features comprise a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. The property is pet‑friendly, has a private entrance, single‑level layout and free parking for up to three vehicles.

Located a short drive from Clearwater Beach and close to Downtown Largo, the residential setting offers easy access to beautiful beaches, local parks and attractions throughout the Clearwater and St. Petersburg area.

Other Things to Note:

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Cleanliness & Safety

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Our cleaning team follows the highest standards to ensure your stay is comfortable and safe. For your security, there is a Ring camera at the front door.



Pool Info

If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Check-Out

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. This allows housekeeping to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering Home

Casa Tuluma is self-catering, so we do not refill supplies during your stay. Here’s what’s provided:

- Bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

- Laundry: detergent pods for up to 2 loads.

- Kitchen: paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Coffee maker available (coffee not provided).



If anything is missing or needs restocking, please let us know at check-in so we can assist promptly!



Interaction with Guests:

We offer convenient self check-in and check-out for a seamless arrival and departure. While we aren’t available in person, we’re always happy to answer any questions and assist you via the Airbnb messaging app.
