Seville is a beautiful community but it is very far southeast, basically Queen Creek, so far from highways. The home is on a great lot overlooking the green, the pool is lovely, and the backyard is very nice, but the fire pit furniture could use new cushions. The home has a good layout but is a dated and could use a deep clean. The furniture is also dated and is very heavy and not comfortable. When we had family visit, we really wish it had at least another half bath. The host was great and very responsive and helpful with our needs.
