House was perfect size for our family. Only suggestion is the bedroom windows need shades to block the sun out in the mornings.

This was an absolute beautiful property

This property was close to town, very beautiful and easy to get to the beach. Unfortunately the water heater was out for the weekend but outside of that hiccup this was a great experience

Port Aransas Spring Break 2024

How is great and in good condition. Plenty of bedroom and comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. My single complaint is we had 11 guests and enough towels for 4 people when we arrived. We were there for the beach so we had plenty of our own and did not call to ask for more, but for the one issue we did call about we got help right away. Would definitely return.

This place has no consumables - salt pepper, laundry soap, paper towels, trash bags, Dish washer tabs, hand soap, extra blankets. Also, towels are an issue as I only found about 10 towels for a group of 12 this was an issue. Be prepared to make a big store trip as the house was empty of anything that would be needed for a large group. Also, no dish towels or kitchen knifes.
