Beautiful studio (600 sq ft) is located in one of the
best areas of LA, in Hancock Park. It is in the mid-
wilshire area, within walking distance to the word-
famous LACMA, the Grove, and short distance to
Hollywood. The studio is a first floor in new
beautiful back-house building.
The studio has its own private entrance. You'll have
your own private living space complete with queen
size bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a
dining area. There is a patio outside as well

Great studio apartment in lovely neighborhood

The apartment had everything we needed - space, privacy, a kitchen with a pod coffee maker, washer and dryer. It is attractive and run by a very personable owner. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Hancock Park

This location was perfect for us. Near LACMA and Academy Museum of Motion Pictures and a fabulous restaurant and bakery Republique. The house has a back patio . Very private and quiet.

This studio had everything we needed!

I’m so glad the Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and hot water worked perfectly. Yosef was very responsive, and communicated with us consistently. We had parking too. It was very quiet the whole time, and we slept peacefully. I felt safe, and secure at Yosef’s studio. Thank you.

Perfect Location

I had family business to attend to in Los Angeles. I wanted to Uber and not rent a car. I needed to be within walking distance of one particular family. The host, Yossi, actually measured out the distance for me before I booked the property, to make sure that I'd be OK -- I am elderly. It was a perfect location for me. Ubers showed up within 60 seconds. I could walk to the grocery store and casual eateries. I had good internet connectivity. Yossi and Yanniv were 110% responsive. I stayed for 10 days and felt like I was a part of their family. Thank you for a great stay, perfect location, safety. Even though I was dealing with difficult issues, this property was a great base of operations to allow me to get work done and have peace and joy.

Good stay & Communication with owner’s son regarding extra key We expected a 1st floor unit & this was 2nd floor. Also there was no hot tub or washer & dryer, as stated in VRBO DESCRIPTION. Would have preferred the 1st floor unit under ours or notification that it would be 2nd floor. Maybe needs description revision. But all in all suited our needs!

A bit of bliss in Hancock Park

Hello, we stayed for six nights at this lovely apartment in Hancock Park. Our host, Yossi, was terrific, kind and solicitous. The apartment is equipped with all we needed: strong Wifi connection, great shower and pressure, wonderful AC and TV connections, full kitchen and plenty of cutlery and dishes, etc., even an iron and ironing board. Sorry, I didn't use because I was on vacation! But always good to have available. Our favorite part was Yossi's lovely garden complete with "air-conditioned" areas shaded by trees, butterflies and birds, and fruits and veggies growing on the bushes and trees. It truly was lovely. Our host enabled us to check in early as we had arrived in town several hours before check-in time. That was so kind of him. Parking and location of the apartment were ideal for us. We explored a great deal of the Fairfax, Melrose, and other areas of town. Shopping very convenient: Ralph's and Trader Joe's only blocks away. A slew of great restaurants. Thanks to Yossi for providing this haven for us on our trip to visit our son. We will return, and really just can't wait.

Everything was great! Host was tentative if I had any questions. Plenty of places to go within walking distance. It is central enough to where an uber to any of the hot spots is not bad in price or time. Overall a fantastic experience!
