After a beach day, rinse off in the outdoor shower before gathering in the expansive backyard with patio and lawn space ideal for lounging and play.
Located near the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and just one block from the popular Sunday Farmers Market, you’ll also be steps from excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and local markets. Beach access is a 5–10 minute walk via 14th Avenue. Please note: 15th Avenue is a quiet cul-de-sac with no public beach access.
