You`ll have to tear yourself away from the home`s incredible backyard, which offers entertainment and beautfiul mountain views. Bathe in the sunshine while appreciating the magnificient San Jacinto mountain views.

Secluded in a fenced backyard, the glistening pool offers a great place to spend blissful leisurely days. When you`re ready to dry off, soak up some sun in one of the cushioned lounge chairs, or challenge someone in your group to a game of ping-pong.

Beneath the pergola, you`ll find luxurious outdoor living spaces, including sitting and dining areas. Barbecue enthusiasts can fire up the private propane grill and serve their savory fare poolside. This courtyard also serves as the entry point to the casita for guests who prefer a bit more privacy.

After the sun sets, enjoy a soothing soak in the hot tub or a cool cocktail on a warm summer evening - the pergola and entryway lights will provide the perfect nighttime ambience.

The lighting in the entryway also allows for playing ping pong outdoors at night, or if you prefer to setup the table inside the air-conditioned garage for a cool playing atmosphere.

Additional Highlight: Free ChargePoint home charger level 2 in garage available during non-prime hours (anytime except 4-9pm). Tesla owners will need to bring their adapter for the J1772 connector, which comes with every Tesla.

In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 82-84 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees.
