Wonderful condo! Great beach trip

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It’s roomy, beds are good, much of the condo has been updated and it’s well cared for. The views from the balcony are great. The building is secure, clean, nice facilities. Wish I was still there!!

Great summer vacation

Family vacation with our 17 and 19 yo, it’s beautiful condo with lots of space for everyone to be together and have their own area. The views from the condo are breathtaking. You can not miss the sunrise in the mornings.

This property is very well maintained, considering all the Hurricane Damage to the area. We were very comfortable throughout our 2 week stay. My husband especially appreciated the handicapped accessible shower! Close to restaurants and the racetrack!! Planning on returning in 2026!!! Consider updating the cookware(pots and pans) would be our only suggestion!!

Beach

The condo was beautiful. The view spectacular. Could use a few updates suc has new pots and pans. Also could use new mattresses. Balcony furniture was in very poor condition. Other than these few things everything was perfect. Hopefully things will be updated so we can come back.

Good and Bad

The location was great, the condo was a nice layout, lots of room for the six of us (at different times). We have rented other places in Daytona, so by comparison. Wi-fi was the very worst....needed to hot spot our phones most of the time. The TV set up was terrible....could not change settings to use our own Netflix etc....pots and pans were about the same as what you would expect in a hunting camp.....the oven was so filthy that when we did attempt to use it (once), it set off the fire alarm...we reported the ice maker not working...never fixed.....the furniture on the deck was virtually unusable broken wicker...pool heater not working for the first 18 days. A suggestion would be to put either two doubles or two twins in at least one room. Now for the good stuff...location was great, access to beach excellent, pool area excellent with lots of seating and shade opportunities, parking and garage very good, lots of carts for loading and unloading. Bottom line, this condo needs a lot of tender, loving care to ensure repeat renters. We booked later, so happy to get a 3 bedroom. Happy to talk to anyone on this.
