Cool Property, have to wash your sheets

The place had a cool mid century vibe but with updated appliances & bathroom. Everything was clean and in good condition. Loved the closeness to the town center and shops. A mirror wasn’t secured on the wall very well and fell and broke after bumping into it. Which was a bummer. But, it didn’t ruin my stay. Will definitely stay here again given a chance. And would recommend it to anyone who’s willing to wash their own sheets and dishes.

Great stay in Santa Barbara

The VRBO is close to downtown Santa Barbara which is a plus. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and easy check-in.

Better than it looks

My husband and daughter were not too impressed when we drove up to our VRBO.But once we opened the door they changed their minds. The inside of the house was well appointed, comfortable and very convenient to restaurants and coffee shops.We enjoyed ourselves in this home and definitely would return.

Top notch place in a great location

Two bedroom (both good sized) unit was roomy, clean, and close to central Santa Barbara. Everything was straightforward—check in, lights, heat, shower, appliances, etc. Not a single “How does this work“ moment. Amy was immediately responsive to all emails. Highly recommended

Great location

Amy was very responsive and even allowed my family to have a late check out which was so appreciated. It was in a great location and close to State Street. Property does not sleep 5 but Amy allowed us to bring an air mattress. Property could be better equipped such as having paper towels or toaster in the kitchen.

OK stay, but wouldn’t rent again

The home itself was a great size for my family of 4. The kids loved the loft area and I thought the beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy with a smart lock. Parking was mostly easy to find except on Sunday night for us. Need to check all the street sweeping and parking restriction signs. The check out process tells you to get all the sheets, towels, and bedding and start a load of laundry. I contacted the host about there not being any detergent and they said there should be some under the sink, but there wasn’t. I sent a follow up message and then asked if there were any paper towels or napkins, and didn’t receive any responses to the last 3-4 messages I sent. The floors were old and kinda dirty, I did not like to walk barefoot on them. We had some loud neighbors up til 2-3 am on Saturday/Sunday, but that isn’t the hosts fault. It’s not super close to downtown, so we figured it would be quieter. Overall, OK place but I wouldn’t rent again.

Girls trip

The property was as pictured and anticipated and well located for the Santa Barbara bowl. Some minor things would have been nice to have such as paper towels, salt, espresso (was mentioned in ad but not available, additional bath towels). Overall we enjoyed our stay, the property and location! Thank you!

Wonderful Stylish Home

Thoroughly enjoyed this immaculate, airy and stylish home. Perfect size for our family of 4 adults , a baby and dog. Cathedral ceilings, well appointed kitchen and beautiful bathroom. Good sized bedrooms with comfy beds and bedding. The fenced in side yard and back garden area is convenient for pets. It was a little noisy at night ( the neighbors behind us were outside well beyond midnight on our 2nd night). The house has one fan and we brought a couple which solved the noise problem and provided nice circulation of air on warm days. We would definitely come back.

Great grad weekend

Lovely property only a few blocks off the middle of state street. The property had everything we needed. Parking was a slight challenge at times probably due to grad weekend and a baseball game down the street but otherwise within a half block. Super cute inside and out with plenty of space for our group of 4. Photos on the site don’t actually do it justice.

Cute comfortable house

Nice location. Bathroom was good size. Neighbors above us were a bit noisy however and parking was difficult on Friday afternoon. We didn’t spend much time inside, but house was in a great location for walking into town, courthouse or a good bike ride to the harbor.

Weekend getaway

Cute little home in a convenient location. Dog friendly which was key to our getting away. Nice amenities, kitchen well equipped, king size bed in master very comfortable (sheets could be replaced). Disappointed that we did not receive a "welcome" package/basket nor Information binder. The outside patio was dirty and covered in leaves/debris (including the tables, chairs and hammock). Not ideal for relaxing. The home was clean but furniture could use some updating (a broken chair, overhanging light over dining room table was not working.) The property manager was helpful and provided useful information via text.

Great place in SB!

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament with our 2 teen daughters. It was a perfect location to walk to state street each day for a little food/shopping in our downtime. Loved the house- super clean, comfortable with all amenities needed. Area felt very safe as well- we walked at night and had no issues. Loved it!!

Relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was chic, well appointed, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We walked to State Street each night for dinner and entertainment which was about a mile round trip. We will definitely be returning some day!

Quick Wedding trip

We weee in town for about 48 hours for a wedding. Needed a cozy space for us, our little 4 month old, and Mother-in-law. We all enjoyed the space. The location is great. Just a 12-15 minute walk to State Street. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described and pictured, and we loved how close it was to State street. It was clean and the check in/out process was simple. The property manager also gave us a really thorough list of places to go, eat, and shop. Definitely recommend staying here!
