The main area was spacious and the bedrooms both had ample space. I loved the hammock in the yard. It was a great spot close to downtown. There were nice books and activities at the location.

Great host and great location close to downtown Santa Barbara and the beach! We walked nearly the entire time we were there and rarely had to use a car. The Mission is also within walking distance to the house. Ideal location for families or couples visiting the area!

This house is beautiful with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining area and a patio/backyard that is completely fenced in and very private. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great, just a short drive to the beach/pier and lots of restaurants/shopping. Amy was a great host and responded quickly. Perfect place for my wife, dog, and me to spend a long weekend. We parked our car and didn't move it the whole time. The house is walking distance to everything we needed and super comfortable to just hang out in. The only hiccup was that it wasn't very clear which towels were available for us to use, but the host was quick to respond and help us sort that out.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described and pictured, and we loved how close it was to State street. It was clean and the check in/out process was simple. The property manager also gave us a really thorough list of places to go, eat, and shop. Definitely recommend staying here!
