We had a great stay. The location was perfect and everything was exactly as listed. We had everything we needed and there was room for everyone in our family. The communication was very efficient and quick. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent property for a large group. Very family friendly. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the extra large dining table area and living room. Had a few issues upon arrival, but property management group was very responsive and got things fixed.

We had a wonderful stay here for our family vacation. It was spacious and we had everything we needed. The location was great—really close to a couple restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the beach. Wish there was a cut-through from the back yard to beach, but not a big deal. The pool was small, but it was nice when the kids didn’t want to go to the beach a few of the days and they could just get some energy out in there. The outside porch stairs up to the main accessible floor were fine for us, but may be challenging for older guests or anyone disabled. Our only small negatives were:- The pool lights weren’t working, and while the management team was very responsive and empathetic, they never got them to work while we were there. Not the end of the world, though. - The main floor queen bed room didn’t have a second nightstand, which made phone charging, etc. a little challenging. Otherwise, we would definitely recommend it to others and would come back in a heartbeat!

Pet friendly is always a must for us. Our pets enjoyed the porch and we kind of enjoyed the pool when it was clean. The host answered our questions in good time. And the bicycles provided was a plus. The biggest take away, our short walk to the beach! Our family loves the 30A. We will be back!

Great home by the beach

Clean, well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. We highly recommend this property. Also, RealJoy, the property manager, was very responsive and very helpful.

Great location, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The salt water pool was nice and shaded. The house is older. The house was not cleaned well as the floors were sticky in many areas.

The location of the home is superb! Can’t be beat!!! Love the area!!

Dealing with Ray was the best experience. He communicated and was available ahead of stay and during. We had an amazing Christmas break at his beautiful home.

Perfect for Family Vacation

The house was huge, more space than we had imagined from the pictures. The master is amazing and we loved being able to take a dip in our own private pool. Everything was clean and tidy, and Ray was always available when needed. We had a great time and will definitely stay again when we visit the area.

Great location and space

Our stay at Blue Mountain was great. Any bumps we had in the road at check in were addressed immediately. It’s a great space for families. The heated pool was nice since we were there during a cold snap. Very close to restaurants and shops. Ray was helpful and friendly, and one of the nicest VRBO owners I have worked with.

Amazing house

We had such a great time on your vacation. The house was perfect, with a lot of space and a fantastic kitchen. The neighborhood was excellent, with a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay in the breeze again. The communication with Ray was great.

Great vacation rental, close to everything

Overall we had a short but great stay. The location is close to everything (including the beach). The property is a good size for 2 families. The bunk bed in the upstairs hallway was very convenient. The property manager Parker was very helpful and informative when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped - we were even able to bake a cake!

Great Location!

We had 2 families staying at Blue Mountain Breeze. We swam in the private pool everyday. It was a very short walk to the beach. The area was clean and safe. Ray was very accommodating with anything we needed. The house is beautiful and very economical for the area. We really enjoyed our stay.
