Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and all sheets and towels are freshly laundered between every guest stay. We also regularly replace our bedding and linens to maintain a high standard. When you brought your concern to our attention during your stay, we promptly had all of the bedding rewashed to ensure you were as comfortable as possible. Dear Lisa, thank you for your review. We strive to provide the best experience to each guest that stay with us. We value your feedback but I wanted to take a chance and address couple points that you mentioned. Our cabin is self managed and personally inspected by owners before each stay. If you noted something was not up to your standard of cleanliness, you should have told us and given us a chance to fix it (we could have sent a cleaning crew over). Our listing does have a section dedicated to what we provide to our guests in the kitchen. We bought a brand new pan/pot set less than a year ago and there is plenty of baking pans. You should have asked a host if you were having trouble finding anything in the kitchen. Related deck: listing pictures clearly show that only downstairs deck is covered. Lastly, you booked a cabin during peak season when rates are high. Prices are nearly twice than normal rate in October everywhere in Gatlinburg area. We suggest you consider this next time when you make a booking plus try to communicate better with your host instead of being silent and then dumping your negative thoughts in the review.
