Spacious area with newly renovated interior. All new appliances, open concept kitchen with waterfall island, atrium for entertaining guest, nice back yard for BBQ. Sitting in a very nice, well kept neighborhood with the cool breeze from the ocean only 10 minutes away. Only 5 minutes from Bella Terra, 20 minutes to Disneyland, 10 minutes to Huntington Beach pier, and less than 5 minutes to Costco and a lot of restaurants.
Room 1 has a king bed and private bathroom with standing shower .
Room 2 has a Queen bed. This room has the French door open to a nice backyard.
Room 3 has a Queen bed with sliding door to a beautiful, charming, and entertaining atrium.
There are 2 just renovated bathrooms. Everything is brand new and they are state of the art.
Spacious living room with brand new set of sofa, 75 inches smart TV. This house has a open concept with water fall island style connecting the living room and family room.
Kitchen is equipped with professional type of stove, brand new dishwasher, draw microwave and a build in wire cooler.
House is just remodeled with new floor, fresh paint, reset light. It’s central air and heat.
