Walk to downtown T.C. New 2 Bedroom Condo!

About a 10-minute walk to downtown Traverse City, this beautiful newly built 2 bedroom condo is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring all the restaurants & shops TC has to offer. The condo is centrally located & within walking distance to so many beautiful parks, beaches & local attractions. Just a short drive to Old Mission Peninsula, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, many grocery stores & so much more!

This is a spacious first floor corner unit.

Once you enter the condo you will be greeted with an open concept layout that has a fully stocked kitchen with a dining table and living room with a large flat screen tv and sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two.

Down the hall you will find a full bath and shower, master bedroom, guest bedroom and laundry room. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, dresser and large walk-in closet. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blowdryer). The guest bedroom has a new queen bed with a flat screen tv and a dresser to store your clothes.

The laundry room has a full size stackable washer and dryer that is supplied with basic laundry supplies, iron board and vacuum.

All of our smart TVs feature streaming capabilities only. Please feel free to access your own streaming service accounts while at CitySide Lofts.

Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that some street and parking lot noise should be expected.

Professionally cleaned before each stay. No smoking or vaping. No parties.

**Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot. Your unit number will match your space number.

**If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean, the fee is $70 and it can be scheduled after your booking. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send it over through the VRBO resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.

Please note that these units are dog friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. We try our best to keep hair allergens away but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware.

There is a $120 pet fee per booking. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend.

**Please read the following rules if you plan to bring a dog or two with you on vacation.

Please clean up after your furry friend.

Supervise your pet at all times and make sure they are kept on a leash if necessary.

Please bring your pet with you if you leave the condo. If you are unable to do so please make sure they are kept in a crate.

Please respect the neighbors and keep the barking to a level zero as best as you can.

If possible please do not allow your pets on the furniture unless you bring an extra sheet or towel for them to lay on. (This goes for the bed as well.)

It is always a great idea to carry your pet vet records incase of an emergency.

Please report any damages immediately.

Really cute/clean condo. Stayed here for a girls trip with 3 of us in total-very comfortable for that amt with the large king size bedroom & 2 bathrooms. The rooftop area was amazing-no one else used it while we were up there multiple times. Road noise wasn't bad at all in the unit. Hosts were super nice. Highly recommend this place; little bit further from the downtown area, but was able to easily obtain Ubers as needed.

We had to make a trip to Traverse City for a family funeral Alex was so accommodating for us as we had to travel over 3 hours for arrival they allowed us to check in early prior to service to change the listing on VRBO was so accurate!! Would highly recommend this unit if you are traveling to the area very close to downtown and all the activities in Traverse city

Nice, clean condo.PROS: Approximately 1 mile walk through beautiful neighborhoods to downtown. Condo is on the first floor which makes it easy to bring luggage in without climbing stairs. Hosts are very attentive and helpful.CONS:Condo is at the entrance, next to the door entry. You do hear every time outdoor door is opened or closed. Parking spot is directly next to a brick wall and spaces are VERY tight. Very difficult for driver to get in and out if car next to you is remotely near their line edge. Larger SUV would not fit.

We had a group of 3 adults staying here for the Iceman bike race, and it worked out great for us. The bedrooms were both very comfortable and the kitchen provided us with all we needed. The information/instructions book that is in the condo proved very helpful for TV instructions, etc. One small thing to consider is that the 2nd bedroom does not have a closet. This did not impact us, but might be something to consider for other groups. We would definitely book here again.

This was the perfect size 2 bedroom unit .Clean, everything we needed for the kitchen,towelsI extra blankets. loved the rooftop deck . Owners had a great binder with information on the area. We contacted the owner a couple times with questions and they were quick to respond. I know there was some places that were within walking distance but We weren’t able to do that due to weather. But a few minutes in the car was fine . I would stay there again very comfortable. I would stay thee again.

Amazing condo!

My friends & I did a girls trip to TC, and this condo was the perfect home for the weekend! We seriously had the best time. The location is amazing! We walked to the beach, which was like a 5 minute walk. Seriously so close to downtown and everything there is to do in TC. Alex (the host) is so sweet and answered my 100 questions before we even got to the condo. I’ve actually stayed in a condo in the building next door, but that one was on the street and super noisy. Alex’s condo faces the back so their is no noise to worry about at all! I was very happy about that. To top it all off, unlike most rentals, they don’t require you to clean up at all! We didn’t have to take the sheets off beds, do dishes, put towels in the washer - we didn’t even have to take our perishables we had left in the fridge (although we took most anyway). The check out process was the best I’ve ever had! Honestly we had no complaints at all & I hope we get to stay again soon! Thank you Alex for everything!!
