Incredible House & Location
Perfect spot. Nice walking path to small park. Lovely nature-deer pass though almost every day. Such a gorgeous comfortable house. Right in town. I highly recommend.

Perfect Trip
We enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen was fully stocked. It is a central location to the donut shop, pizza place and brewery. The deer in the yard were great for the kids and the little nook under the stairs was a hit for the kids to "chill"! We will stay again!

Wonderful Trip to Woodland
Every year we stay somewhere new in Woodland and this year we picked Black Bear Cabin. The drive up is really nice even in the winter months. When we arrived check is was easy. We had a hiccup upon arrival but Renee fixed it asap and we were good to go. The Cabin is nice we loved the deer every morning! The Cabin was comfortable and the beds were comfortable. We felt cozy and safe there. Loved that it was close to everything! We have never stayed in town and it was a nice change. Liked the Fusion Japan Restaurant and the Pantry in Green Mtn Falls is a must for Breakfast. The neighbor to the east of the property was very friendly! All in all great stay we would defiantly recommend and hope to come back! Thank you! Ashley

We absolutely loved our stay at the Black Bear Cabin in Woodland park. This cabin was perfect with our family of four. The small nook under the stairs was a great place for our 11 year old to hang out and chill. The cabin was stocked with everything you would need. Fully stocked kitchen, toiletries and wash cloths and towels. We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub but when we arrived we had a guy sanitizing and cleaning it and making sure it was set at 104°. The location was perfect as well. Only a 5 min drive to Walmart or any local dining spot. It is also close enough to take a day trip to Breckenridge and keystone. We loved seeing the deer almost every day. They even came up to the porch. This cabin we definitely recommend and will be booking a stay again for next Christmas.
